If you do your hitting yourself, or use a dependable script, it will not be much lossy to travel, as you will travel only 5-6 times a fay (max, even in event), which will add to about 1-5k. I was always public with govt money expenses. You and me both agree with govt money I bought houses and some of it got burned in script. I spent most of the budget by giving free houses, free weapon supplies and free food for fighters during resource wars. The rest of the budget I returned before you guys even asked. The only way I can return it is by selling my gold. It's not optimal. I didn't want to do that with Black Friday is near. Better option would have been to return them after Black Friday. So every 10 days the income grows at least 107 cc more.. so suppose a person with 2K cc income per day is claiming my loan thrice his income would have increased to 2.3K cc per day within a span of 1 month during my term. That's 1.5% growth per month I offered.

And the part about 10 days of salary. That is my point - if they have to pay you complete 10 days salary, they are much better off without the company. Since if they have a sudden need for cc after 8 days, they have 16000 cc with them. But if they have to pay you back, they are not at 16000, but -4000. If there was no need for the contingency, they will anyway be able to set up the companies just 10 days later which, frankly, isn't a lot. I was years late in setting up factory. My acc was useless on ground when I moved to D2 itself. I made companies only after reaching D3. But now I have more than enough. And it will rise exponentially, and those 1-2 year is not much.

If you wanted to give loan, you should have given 50k and said to return say 100 or 500 per day, as that will have relatively less impact on their day to day activities. Also they will be active for minimum 100 days, which will benefit everyone.

See suppose someone starts from 0 cc.
You loan them 20000 cc. Say he buys 4 fisheries.
He has 0 cc and 4 fisheries.
His daily income becomes 2000 cc (from job) + 107 cc (from fisheries) = 2107 cc
after 10 days he'll have 21070 c. So after returning 20K cc loan he'll be at positive 1070 cc not negative 4K.

If they are not capable of returning 20K cc in 10 days then they should take shorter loans i.e. 15K cc and return it in 10 days. This way they have 5K cc extra for emergencies. If they take 15K cc as loan then they can make 3 fisheries per 10 days initially once they reach like 24 fisheries i.e. 80 days their daily income will be somewhere around 2000 + 1076 cc = 3076 cc. That's a 154% permanent income growth in 50 days. Now imagine the income from house durability bonus 20% for ppl with Q1 houses. They earn 2200 cc per day from working instead of 2000 cc. Also imagine all those cases where there is no emergency need for money.

As one makes more and more fisheries, the income per day will grow exponential because more companies will lead to extra income and this extra income can again be used in additional to make extra fisheries than previous time. (For eg. if u had made 10 fisheries last time, then this time u can make 11 or 12 fisheries assuming u get the same amount of loan after returning previous loan and ur income does not change. This is because your new income is not the same as last week. Coz these 10 fisheries' income can make additional fisheries this time)

If you give them 50k, they set up 6 q4 companies (exact cost is 51k). They pay 500cc per day instalment, and have net 1500 from salary in hand. 6 q4 companies is 6x1.75 = 10.5 raws daily. At 9 cc each (minimum price even in off days, during events it's higher), that's 94.5 per day.

Suppose after 20 days they need some cc. They will not be worried about loan repayment as they have 1500x20 = 30000 with them (95cc should cover most daily costs I guess). They can worry about next day repayment on next day.

By your scheme, they take 20k loan and repay after 10 days. Let's say on 8th day they have emergency and need cc. They have 16000 cc but need to repay 20000 in 2 days. How they will repay that much in 2 days? You and I can do that as that's just 30-40k q2 foods which we can produce and sell within that time. But not smaller accounts. Because they don't have that same leverage.

And reducing loan to 15k in 10 days won't help much as that saves only 500 per day, or 4k after 8 days. In my scheme they have 12k on 8th day - enough to buy q1 house.

Ofc I did not add the fact that with q1 house you get +200 income per day (as per your calculations). But after 8 days that's just 1600 cc, which is much less compared to what they have from my scheme.

I'm calculating for 8 days because with 20% bonus, houses run for 8.4 days (7 days base + 1.4 days, which is 20% of 7 days).

It is about the capability of the person of how fast they can return the loans. If they can return the loans quickly then can get more loans quickly and grow quickly. In ur case they return the loan slow and so they grow slow. But either way the person grows. I hope u win the next elections and try this scheme.

They return slow, but they do not necessarily grow slow. The loan can be stackable - they may take 2 or 3 such loans, depending on their capacity. Even with 3 loans they are making 500 cc per day salary, 200cc from house. And the minimum sale price of around 300, so little under 1000cc per day.

Also, repayment amount is flexible - they may choose to repay 250 per day or 1000 per day or any other amount. If some day they get good sale they can even finish early, or make extra repayment as per theur capacity. Since there is no interest charged, there ia no question of fine/compounding.

Yes but govt first has to trust the person's capability and the capability should be first proved by shorter loans. Moreover the govt and rich ppl had less money to loan and willing to take less risks. Shorter loans and shorter returns increases trust of small players.
