Most people follow a certain pattern in this game. First off they start slowly and then they peak and then they simmer out. My belief is that the Irish simply and many other nations do not know how to follow orders never having received any army training.
The Irish Army cannot keep shelling out money and then people do simply not follow orders.

So I have designed a performance-based system.

COMMUNE WORKERS

1.Working - 50 %
100 of your Q7 weapons will be based on the last 7 days of work. If you worked once a day you have 100% and you get 100 x 1 if you worked twice a day then your number of tickets = 14/7 = 200% and you get 200 weps.

2.Fighting - 25%

Completion of daily orders. We will be working on the daily orders. Here we are discussing 50 Weps.

If you completed 7/7 Do's you get 50 x 1 =50 Q7 weps.

If you completed 0/7 Do's you get 50 x 0 = 0 Q7 Weps

3 Do = 3/7 x 50 = +- 21 weps

3.Participation and Following Orders

This will be based on 4 criteria -
1. voting articles
2. endorsing articles
3. commenting on articles.
4. Completing kills in army strikes in your division.

In future if there is a strike you will get the number of kills /250 x 25 Q7 Weapons. If there are no strikes all soldiers will get the 25 q7 weps extra with no requirement.

NON COMMUNE SOLDIERS

No more mister nice commander if you want to be part of the supply system you will need to apply to me personally.

2, 3 and 4 will apply with a maximum of 150 Q7 Weps handed out.


CONTRACT FIGHTERS

Need to be over 125000 Strenght or over 100000 in Division 1 to 3.

Division 4 fighters will need atleast a completed top fighter cycle.

1. No requirement - 25 %

25% OF YOUR CONTRACT is given to you free

2. FIGHTING - 25 %

50 % Of weapons
-

50% Actual Damage /5 Billion x N Weapons
50% 25 Medals required for 100%


3. Following Orders - 25%

Per Strike Actual kills /2500 x N of Weapons.

If no strikes Contract fighters get the full amount.

MERCENARY FIGHTERS

1. Lower Divisions atleast 7 rounds won for our side.

2. Division 4 atleast 2 billion damage.

3. or period spend in Irish Amry.

A reasonable price will be negotiated with you for acting as mercenary.

Any mercenary interested need to contact the commander by mail.


All fighters will still get a weekly stipend of 5000 Q 1 Food unconditionally.

I hope from today our time in the Irish Army will be more productive and players will endeavor to be more active participants in their army.
