[Indian Army] Week 1 Report

The Indian Army program had a successful first week. Here is a quick report. This report is divided into following sections.

1. Progress
After making around 5 million damage on first day, Indian Army has seen a considerable increase in activity and increase in damage. At the end of week, Indian Army soldiers made around 10million damage for our Allies. Please note that, all this damage is for our allies.

2. Prize winners and Expenses
Approximately around 250,000 INR has been spent in the first week.

a. Weapons Cost : Around 100k.
b. Prize Winnings : Around 100k.
c. Dispatcher Salaries : Around 50k.

Special note : Please notice that Vaibhavftp was the only soldier to be placed in top 3 for the entire week. Great work Vaibhav. May be someone can break his record this week.

5. How to Join

To join this program, you must be willing to come to IRC, request and wait for dispatches.
If you can do that, all you have to do is visit us in #India and ask there on how to join the #IndianArmy
Anyone with Indian Citizenship and from a Indian MU is eligible to join the Indian Army.

Your country needs you. Join the Indian Army.

6. Dispatch Rules
Dispatch is done if
a. There is a active battle, where the wall is close to 50%.
b. Or, if there is atleast 150 food fights available cummulatively.

7. Dispatchers Salary

The weekly Dispatchers Salary are now given like this.
a. A total of 50,000 INR is allocated as salary for the dispatchers.
b. A minimum of 20 requests is served by the dispatcher.
c. The salary is calculated as (percentage of the total dispatch done by the dispatcher) * (Amount of salary).
So, if a dispatcher serves around 30% of the request, the dispatcher will get around 30/100*50000 = 15000 INR for one week.
