Join the new world

It’s been a little while due to my computer suddenly dying on me Feds but I’d like to thank you all for voting for me to be your PP again. A few of you even campaigned for me and I’m honored so many of you believed in me and thought I did a good enough job last term to run the Feds again this term. I sincerely hope that I can live up to your expectations and do even a better job than I did last term.

With my thank yous out of the way I’d like to tell you a little about what my plans are for the future of the party.



That would bring me to my plans for the two main department of RR and Media. With the three great department heads that I have on my staff both departments stand the chance of functioning fairly well, maybe even better than last term.

For RR I have logamac, Centomax, and Rainy Sunday leading the charge. Logamac has already started a new program for the Retention side of things.
Log has started a writing competition on our forums here http://fedparty.forumotion.com/t9119-fed-journalism-contest-spam-so-people-know-that-we-exist#190632 open to any fed who wishes to join.
Centomax has started to message the many new joiners to ask them to consider becoming a Fed and I have asked Rainy Sunday to revive the old mentor-ship program and she is currently assisting any newbs that decide to become a Fed.

The department of media is my next topic and I’ve asked them to completely change the way Fed media worked. As you can see here https://www.erepublik.com/en/article/federalist-papers-day-3285--2620483/1/20 I’ve asked them to take a more WHPR style of writing as I believe the way the WHPR works allows for more creativity and an easier way to write. I believe Wasp15 has taken to this quite well already so I see this being accomplished in my term.



In the other sections of my cab I have Fingerguns as my Shadow VP and I don't think I need to say how she benefits the party. She was our viceroy last term and she fell into the position perfectly, allowing our party pull far ahead in media and to have what I believe is the most active discord in eAmerica.

I have Shuji ariwa as my CoS and I’m hoping he will lead the party just as well as I do. He has taken to his job well already, helping each department with what they need as well as I believe a CoS should.

In final I hope this term works out to be just as good as or even better than my last. I have a strong and active staff full of new and old faces, all of which know how to do their jobs. As for myself I am willing and able to continue on the same as I always have so I hope I do not disappoint.
