Hello eUK,
At the start of the year, I was told in no uncertain terms that I would never be in a position of power in the eUK again. Anybody that supported me, spoke with me, gave me the time of day, would be ostracized until they fell back in line with the GroupThink. Thankfully, BigAnt returned and people could be outraged about something that actually happened, rather than feign outrage about an event that certain people made up. Due to fear...
I continued doing what I do, it isn't the first time people have made up stuff about me nor was it the first time that people have tried to 'stop me'. Since my return I've been a Mongress member of TUP (when I sneaked on their list cuz only 4 of em have bothered to run for Mongress!), I've pretty much been a permanent UKPP Mongress member, PP of TRS, PP of UKPP twice and I've lost count of the Government jobs I have had with various CP's. vCP's, MoD's, self appointed MoFA, Alliancesomethingorother (according to our current CP). While these are not exactly 'power' positions, they are powerful positions in their own right.

Why I decided to run again.
Those of you that actually know me and not only just 'Wayne', know I care, you'll know I like to see the eUK doing well, I like seeing happy, well fed players dreaming the dream and achieving it. We've done it once before and we can do it again.
When I was first elected CP back in August 2014, we had just come out of the 'BigAnt' term, the Serb PTO was still to be defeated and we were flat broke. Barely making enough able to cover a minimum MPP stack. In my opinion the eUK had never been so low before. Not only had just about every penny we had gone walkabouts, we were one PP election away from losing the eUK to the Serbs, possibly forever.
But like the phoenix we rose from the ashes magnificently, during my term we finally took the fight to the Serb PTOers and defeated them, we also showed the eWorld that we were actually not the pushovers that even, we ourselves, thought we were. Even while defeating 5 NE's set against us and an Alliance backed AirStrike that we shot down, we still managed to turn a profit.
True, fearless, leadership makes people believe, when people believe they are ready to go that extra mile to make it happen. During that Summer/Winter time of 2014, we believed. We believed so much that it actually happened. Our dream of being 'one of them full bonus nations' was achieved.
I can't and wouldn't dream to claim that I was the cause of eUK's Golden Age, it wasn't just me. It was every single person that was alive during those days, the extra click you spent, the couple of extra EB's you used, the extra hour or so you spent logged in interacting with others. It all made a difference.
As I said, I don't claim to be the cause, but I do claim to be the catalyst. That, you cannot deny. On July the 5th, let me be your catalyst once moar eUK.

Admittedly with a Congress in place the above transfers are less likely to succeed during a country presidency term with you at the helm.
However, I feel you still need to hold yourself accountable and be completely honest to the UK public on the use of the transferred funds linked above else there will always be a question mark over you however you dress up your past history with some wonderful creative editing.
Until you do this you are a very long way off being a worthy Country President even in a limited pool of choice... Sorry, Wayne

It was the Bank of England org, did you not keep records of money going in and money going out. You were after all CP (I cant remember who you had as MoF) I assume a vast portion of it was spent on CO's, which I've already said, many times, CO's that you more than likely took yourself along with just about every other person that accuses me of 'stealing' it.
As CP and as dictator, I told you every time money was being transferred, you can dress it up in whatever language you like, but you were fully in the know about spending and the use of it from me. What is it you require from me? Every transaction being accounted for. I sent you screenshots of MU totals before and after, in the heat of battle not every single transaction would have been recorded as time is of the essence. But you had screenies of cash going in and you had screenies after battles had ended. That you cannot deny. I assume much like myself, you don't save every single screenshot you ever get sent.
During the time my group was in control of things, eUK spent way more than it gathered in taxes. As the MoF during that time, did you not notice and question eUK's expenses and ask where the money for this was coming from? How we went from barely affording 13 MPP's a month to over 30 and still turning a profit each month? You know or should know full well the amount of money we were throwing at eUK adventures, but we weren't spending eUK's money, so why would you care. Afterall, spending our money made your books look good and you some kind of MoF Genius.
Sorry Wayne, you still seem to be unable to grasp that great accountability is part of good leadership.
With the UK's collective experience with Country Presidents and Dictators that flaw should really be unacceptable in any citizen who considers themselves worthy to lead our Country.

I've never shied away from confessing to the things I have done. I'm always accountable for my actions. I've more often that not took the blame for things I had nothing to do with. But if you think I'm going to 'confess' to a crime I didn't do, just so certain members of the eUK can pretend I'm so kind of reformed figure, you have another thing coming.
Why on earth would I need a few hundred thousand CC when I'm, going to quit playing, why on earth would I sabotage my legacy and my history for nothing? To me it isn't the greatest move to make, and you know I always make the right moves.
I appreciate you not denying that screenies were sent and that you were indeed informed on money transfer both as a CP and when I was dictator.
I think some of you forget how crazy the CO's were back in those days. We had the Polish MoFA go raid their orgs to give us 3m cc, which was spent in one round of one battle! Couple that with the various countries we helped gain Mongress during that period, wiping Canada 1 on 1, gaining 100% bonuses with 1% tax across the board (so players kept their own money as much as possible), you guys got a deal and a half. I even cashed in my 2 Q7 factories and the raws to go with em to fund that crazy time. It's insulting to think that you, who had access to the books, would question where that particular bit of cash went, but never once question the other many millions that flowed through the eUK back then... to me, it just stinks of an agenda, but I'm smart enough to understand why.

You wish to hold me accountable for other peoples actions Huey. From what I remember, we were helping some countries in South America gain and hold regions and we had to deal with the MEK Takeover. A vast portion of that '700k' could easily have been swallowed up.

After I stole the dictatorship, which turned out to be one of the most boring periods in UK history, I decided to quit the game. Before I quit though I emptied the treasury and gave out the cash to my friends as I felt sad the UK didn't love me any more. After some time I decided to return and repeat the process as real life theft was to risky and I like to pretend I'm edgy.'

Pretty sure I'd taken the fight to them well before June 2014 mate. And that's in capacity as CP... me and AMD were coordinating ATO efforts the month prior as well.

Do you not remember Vendettas death and the actual end of the PTO? Hollenboer won on experience, we ticketed like mad (Rob the Bruce was beast mode during the election) and we managed to get a vote knocked off giving unpiled bosom victory and securing congress. We then paid off the Serbs that still wanted to fight on, 10kcc each I think, and that was that.
We didn't make them stronger at all. We denied them having a top 5 party.
If you lot failed to keep them down the next month, that's on everyone else not me.
I was the first one pushing to crush them, I'm glad you finished them. But after my CP term I was a burnt out husk, didn't stick about much longer after.
Either way, it was more the "finally took the fight" part that irked me 😛
I took shit from several sides for my plans to squash the little rats. And somehow we all managed to come together and make BA and Dapper shed beautiful tears.
You did make them stronger unfortunately, they created Vendetta, they ramped up the PTO attempt then. It was literally one more round of citizenship passes for em and it was game over for us.
People were still wanting to handle them with kid gloves, I mean BA ended up as CP and up until he went mad(er), he was actually beginning to win people over. You know first hand how hard it is to herd the cats of eUK. You understand the effort and dedication it takes to get em to pull in one direction. You know full well eUK loves to act when it is the last possible minute to save it.
Don't get me wrong I do remember exactly what it was like. Although do kinda miss there being enough people that you didn't know whether you'd have enough people turn up to help or if you'd fly way over the mark.
Don't think they really changed much tbh. They were either going to try and creep in with bs articles and photoshops to make out like it wasn't happening or they were gonna be forced to be blatant. If it did get a lot worse then I'm sorry if I had a hand in it.
But no one can doubt I wanted nothing more than to keep the reigns of the eUK away from that lot.

The glory days are long gone Acroc, I look around at the active guys from eUK's golden age and it was a bunch that cared deeply. Rightly or wrongly. I look around now and all I see is apathy, like eUK have accepted finally that they are shit tier.
Real leaders are few and far between here nowadays. Old faces are coming back around, so who knows, we might start slightly punching above our weight once more. depends how much the oldfags care.

Whilst I am all for inclusive Government, with everyone working together to a common aim, I am still uneasy about the prospect of a Government led by Wayne (with Big Ant lurking around behind the scenes).
If we are to go there again (and remember - I was the UKRP PP who sponsored Price Harry/Dapper for a term as CP - and he did a reasonably good too) - I would wish to see some safeguards built into the system to ensure that soe of the bad things that occurred during the BigAnt/ChewChew/Wayne period of Goverment last time do not occur in the same way.
I think that the points made by Huey - who is clearly the most capable MoF we have ever seen - are totally valid. The thought of replacing Huey with someone without the same level of experience and skill would be sheer lunacy.
I am all for 'reforming' some of the 'grey' chracters within eUK society - and let's face it Wayne - your history is one of the grey-ist! But, to strip off all the checks and balances that we have built into the system would be wrong.
Part of me is saying - 'Yes - let's give him a chance to show what he can do' - at worst it will only be for a month - and if he *does* empty the Treasury (again) then it will ensure that he never ever gets the opportunity to stand as CP ever again!
As ever - I am keen to hear other peoples views on whether to back Wayne for a CP run or not - particularly from members of the 'silent majority' - not just the noisy indviduals who contribute most of the noise/traffic in here....

Point 1 - Why would BA be hanging around my Government. BA has two things to do before he comes anywhere near me and that is to return the Emergy Maxfell Fund and to hand me a full dictator medal. Until those debts are repaid, he is dead to me. You seem to forget that me and him are mortal enemies.
Point 2 - Huey is not the most capable MoF we have had. Before Huey, we had Carlini, he was excellent. Before that we had Emergy, prolly the greatest eUKer we have ever had. Only reason he has done it for so long is because no other sod wants the job...
Point 3 - I'm not Grey, with me, it's black and white. You either appreciate the way I play this game or you dislike it. I'm forthright in my opinions and my opinions are normally the correct ones.
Point 4 - How you can question my skill as CP is beyond me. During my term, we had one of the best months we ever had. If I stole anything, then why was it only Goku and VM71 that mentioned anything about it when it supposedly took place? eUK is not shy about going bonkers about that kind of stuff. Was it maybe because no one believed it back then and the only reason it's brought up now is because it can be used as a weapon against me.
