Дамы и господа, леди и джентльмены, друзья.

еРоссия покидает ПИС. Это трудный, но очень важный шаг. В дальнейший путь мы отправимся самостоятельно. Мы - большая и сильная страна, думаю мы справимся. Естественно, мы не забудем наших друзей, которые были внутри ПИСа и вне его. Но, к сожалению, ПИС, как он задумывался изначально, больше не может функционировать. Особо подчеркиваем, наш выход из ПИС не делает этот альянс враждебным для нас. Мы бесконечно благодарны нашим друзьям за все хорошее, что мы сделали вместе. Мы будем бережно хранить в сердце память об этом и помогать им.

Мы открыты для сотрудничества со всеми странами. Мы верим, что наш выход из ПИС откроет дорогу молодым нациям, которые смогут проложить себе путь и найти свое место в новом мире. Это не конец альянса, это начало нового витка его развития. Мы желаем всем удачи и успехов. Пожелайте и Вы нам.
