As I write this article, our capital is under attack (yes, I know technically Yorkshire & Humberside is the capital, but still, it’s London that’s under attack). As we enter a transitional phase in government, we also enter into an era of great risk and uncertainty. But it is my hopes that together, we can fight through this and build a stronger country.

Now to cabinet. In my previous manifestos, I had advocated for allowing newer citizens getting involved in ministries through having ministers choose apprentices. The reasoning behind this was not only to fulfill my continued commitment to helping our younger players, but to make sure we have an educated and experienced workforce in government for future generations. But based on the low turnout of cabinet applications, it is clear to me that the problems of experienced players leaving and newer players not experienced enough to hold those roles is a real and current situation. I have talked to many people about this, including other candidates, and we all agree that this is a problem. Despite these setbacks, I believe the cabinet I have is proficient in executing the agenda I have set out.

Don’t worry if you applied but were not selected. I will let them know you are interested and hopefully they will get you working on a couple of projects as an apprentice. As mentioned, I believe this is the best way to get newer citizens involved in government. There still are a few deputy positions that need to be filled in, although these are not mandatory.

Finally, I want to end by summarizing my campaign. Because it’s already two hours into elections, here is my half-baked attempt at copy/pasting the summaries of my previous manifestos:

• Congressional reform to make it more efficient and open to the public, while providing better governmental checks and balances.
• Rejuvenation of the UK Forums.
• More expansive MoHA/MoEd, allowing newer citizens to enter government while providing more services/activities for the people.
• Improving retention and pinpointing concerns of new citizens.
• Smooth sailing for finances.
• Creation of Citizenship Committee with members from each major party in order to deal with any potential PTO threat.
• NAP with Norway, war with Moldova to liberate Belgium.
• Get serious about Sirius.
• Improve communication with the MoD and MUs.
• Make sure our troops are being properly supplied.

That’s all from me. I hope I can count on your vote today. It’s time for Equality!
