[EPIC] Taking out the trash

I've never been big on platforms when it comes to running for political office. For me it's just routine to put my name forward as a continuance of my history of serving the nation. True, I haven't been as active as I was in the past, but PP is a position that can be done entirely in-game, so chirpings about my activity rates are not applicable to a chiefly mechanical position. They are especially invalid when coming from those who really have not done anything of note in service to our country and party. The irony is that those voices seem to be the loudest. We need to get back to basics in our party, and choose simple solutions. People simply don't have time these days for complexity. To get back to a position of success, we need to focus on doing one thing at a time - putting people into congress and building momentum from there.
I've seen a lot of things happen in 3+ years in this game, and with the loss of many of the party old hands over the past little while, there really isn't anyone else in the party who is willing to run, and has the experience that I have. I am putting my name forward once again, as a consideration for EPIC PP.
This country is a mere shell of what it once was. It seems that every time I look around, our so-called leaders are practising the art of dividing, rather than uniting. We haven't had a good presidency in months. The stock in trade these days are lies, broken promises, backstabbing, deceitfulness and underhanded techniques. Even within our party, doing things properly and above board is anathema.
I don't make many promises because I am loathe to let people down with false hopes. I can offer a stable hand, as I have done in the past, as well as the savoir faire of an eLifetime of knowing what to do. As always, I try my best, and I am not afraid to point out where things can be better, no matter how direct I have to be. I am a known quantity, and I believe that I am the best choice for EPIC PP once again.

I agree you have a lot of experience. It's too bad some kind of consensus could not have been reached on the primary votes so that EPIC could present fewer candidates so as to consolidate vote-splitting. May the best-intentioned candidate win.

The only way for eCanada to begin to recover it's past greatness is a mass rejection of Rolo and those who follow his game play technique.
Fact is, all the political parties have no real depth or substance. This makes them weak and susceptible to cheaters and deceivers.
The role play aspect of honest governance and historical traditions that so many brought to the game in years past has been replaced with truly disgusting displays of conduct.
