Dia Dhuit Ireland,

Well citizens, as hinted in the the DoI article here, your government started to urgently approach the situation of our homeland being occupied. After quick and brief negotiations, I am happy to announce that we have come to an agreement that is suitable for all parties.

Congress was informed of the draft proposal and now with it being signed, here it is:

eIre - eMKD - eSpain
End of Hostilities Agreement

This agreement has stemmed from 3 way discussions with the April Governments of eIre, eMKD and eSpain. The idea of the agreement is to find an end to the hostilities that is acceptable to all 3 parties involved.

As per the discussions, all three nations have agreed on the following:

- Spain will withdraw from the conquered Irish regions of: Dublin, Louth and Wexford.
- MKD will enter into a long term TW with Ireland (details discussed below).
- Ireland will sign a NAP with Spain and MKD (NAP details below).
- Ireland will speak to MKD/Spain allies: Bulgaria, Indonesia, India and UK about a possibility of a NAP (Details below). This might be mediated by either Spain or MKD and is dependant on the nations involved.

Conditions:

- Any hostile action taken directly against either parties involved will cancel the aforementioned deal.
- MKD/Spain will try and ensure that if no NAP is signed by their friends/allies, no hostile action is taken.
- Potential TW’s will be taken into consideration of any signed NAPs eg. UK/Ireland TW.

Ire/MKD Training War:

- This training war will start once Spain releases regions.
- Training war will be coordinated between the governments of Ireland and MKD.
- Irish resources regions will be excluded from the battle grounds. Regions are: Cork and Mayo
- During the TW, taxes will be returned back to Ireland to help rebuild its economy.
- Training War will be a long term one, however if 3rd party interference happens (ie. Ireland is ASed by a hostile nation), discussions will take place to try and prevent a wipe/end of the TW.

NAP with Spain:

- Ireland and Spain will enter into a standard NAP agreement.
- Ireland and Spain as per this NAP will not go into direct conflict.
- This NAP also allows for MPP battles that might be happening with our allies.

NAP with MK😨

- Ireland and MKD will enter into a standard NAP agreement.
- This agreement will be based on direct hostilities, but will allow for the training war to continue.
- This NAP also allows for MPP battles that might be happening with our allies.


This agreement is good for all parties, for Ireland the TW will help increase our income while letting our fighters obtain TP medals. It also still allows us to help our MPP partners around the globe with any of their battles.
