Life is hard and the government wants to help you! The more active you are in our community, the more you receive. For free! This is another plan brought to you by NLSP Government Spending Consultancy.

Who can participate?
Every eBe citizen that hasn't abused a government program
What is it?
When participating you receive an amount of tickets, with each ticket having an unique number. At the end of the program, you will receive for each ticket a fixed amount of BEF and gold. In addition, if one of your tickets are drawn, you receive one of the 10 Extra-ordinary Activity Lottery Prizes
How can you participate?
On Thursday October 24th, 2013 a new article will be made public containing a link to a questionnaire. You fill in the questionnaire and the government does the rest

Why is eBe doing this?
eBe needs its community in order to survive! The more active you are, the more you help this community. Everyone shows some activity, by logging in and working, training and fighting, but some people do a little bit more. The more active you are, the higher your reward is in this hand-out and your chance to win an Extra-ordinary Activity Lottery Prize
How do I gain tickets?
We look on Friday November 1th, 2013 to the following information:
* You are an eBe citizen and you participated - 30 tickets
* You have an account on the eBe Forum www.erepbelgium.com - 5 tickets
* You are a member of an eBelgian Military Unit - 5 tickets
* You are a member of an eBelgian Political Party - 5 tickets
We look for the period from August 1th, 2013 (if you gained your eBe citizenship after this date, we start from the date you became eBe Citizen) until Thursday October 31th 2013, to the following information:
* You have been a candidate in an eBelgian Party President election - 2 tickets EACH time
* You have been a candidate in an eBelgian Country President election - 5 tickets EACH time
* You have been a candidate in an eBelgian Congress Member election - 3 tickets EACH time
* You have been working for the community, for example: distributing Citizen Packs, leading a State Military Unit, handing out some kind of government supplies, taking a job in the government, being an ambassador, worked in the Supreme Court, ... - 3 tickets for each function
* You have published articles with your personal newspaper - 2 tickets per article
We look for the period from Friday October 25th, 2013 until Thursday October 31th, 2013, to the following information:
* You worked, fought and trained - 5 tickets per day
* You made more than 5 posts on the eBe Forum (but the posts in the MoFUN section does not count) - 10 tickets
What are the 'Extra-ordinary Activity Lottery Prices'?
The 10 numbers that are randomly selected receive in the following order
1 ) 25 Gold
2 ) 20 Gold
3 ) 10 Gold
4 ) 9 Gold
5 ) 8 Gold
6 ) 7 Gold
7 ) 6 Gold
8 ) 5 Gold
9 ) 5 Gold
10 ) 5 Gold
However, each citizen can only receive one of these Lottery Prizes (if a number of yours would be selected multiple times, only the first time counts)
How much are my tickets worth?
We will look how many tickets are distributed to our citizens, if that would be in total 5000 tickets, each ticket is worth 100 BEF and 0.13 Gold. So if you have 70 tickets, they are worth 9.1 Gold and 7000 BEF! If there would be more tickets distributed, the value of your ticket will decrease.
What if you are a relatively new player and you are a bit jealous on all these active players that got more tickets?
Well eBe appreciates activity and you are welcome to become even more active! Contact the people that are in the government and ask if you can help. Contact the people from your MU and help out there. Write articles in your newspaper about the things that interests you! You can come to the forum and meet a lot of new players. So be active and the next time that such a Hand-Out occurs, you will have one of the most tickets!
What if I have given false information to get more tickets or if I have a problem with the rules?
In that case it will be the current CP (Country President), MoF (Minister of Finance) and CoC (Chairmen of Congress), being MaryamQ, NLSP and MCKitKat, that make the decision what happens. They can disqualify you and can adapt the rules.
So eBe citizens, become active and earn your tickets!

Another very interesting initiative that will surely help our citizens to grow more quickly.
We need active players and this lottery is rewarding those who are already active and will perhaps make more people becoming active.
A lot of our citizens have problems to advance on, something like this is just too good 😛

In eBe there is plenty of opportunity to do something and everyone that wants to help out, can. So start counting your tickets already 😁
We have to count our tickets or you're going to count them for us? I'm not clear on that... xD 😛
Ok, so more seriously, here's my point of view:
1. I think people should be active because they want it and not because there's any money or currency involved
2. Within the project I struggle with its retro-activity. (We're less than 15 days away from the end of the announced 2months term). I think that is more about rewarding players that are already active while I understood that the aim was to encourage new activity with a reward.

This is not a one-time offer. There will be other chances for those who want to increase their activity now.
Sadly, we can't be sure of that. You will maybe not be CP in the next months and NLSP not MoF. Nothing tells me another gov would want to do the same. And even if it isn't supposed to be a one-time offer I still have troubles with that retro-activity. 🙂
the government isn't necessary to do this, congress could organise it on its own if needed 🙂
