[CP] Why is it so big :O ?

Greetings citizens of the Netherlands,
budget - that is the topic today, as I have promised to reveal it, once I have more data from my ministers.
Apparently, I have a budget of incredible 590 000 currency at my disposal. Which... is not as much as the guy before me had (hence why I can only build one extra golden fountain in the entrance hall, and not two like he did), but it is still second highest budget in the modern Dutch history. If we skip over the fact countries like Serbia earns this amount in less than a day... it is certainly something to celebrate.
...which is why we have already spend 10% of the budget for wild celebrations during the last night...
... while Minister of Finances himself skipped the party to go for expensive holidays.
So, how do we plan to spend these money?
- 250 000 currency has been already sent to Minister of Defense, who will use this money for all of our military-related Programs like Flying Dutchman,Green Berets, occasional Military Strikes or Training Ground Subsidies
But... wait a minute - when you were Minister of Defense, you always demanded so much money... can we expect you will underfund your previous ministry to create the false image you were the best Minister of Defense ever? Such a hypocrisy...
Great question, citizen! But no, do not worry, on the opposite, I am making sure the assets of Ministry of Defense are fully used for the benefit of our citizens. During the past several months, the MoD has managed to collect several thousands of Q7 tanks from our commune holders (big thanks to them for keeping the communes still alive!). Outside of occasionally selling these tanks for small profit, we never really used them for anything. However, with the introduction of The Green Berets, which are focused on helping our Ground Tanks keeping their damage high, I believe we should be recompensating their damage by giving them Q7 tanks directly, instead of giving them money, which they will use to buy tanks anyway. That's why 800 tanks will be used to sponsor The Green Berets this month, instead of money from our budget.
- 50 000 currency is planned for MPPs - we have 3 MPPs at this moment, so let's keep some reserves in case we will need more.
- 80 000 currency is designated for our media program and for the community manager to continue keeping our community active. Hopefully the budget for this will be 100% used

- 120 000 currency is planned for the Everyone a House!, which will receive an overhaul in upcoming days (= once the Minister of Finances gets back from that expensive holiday). Having houses is extremely important, as it increases your income and productivity, and therefore it also helps our state and our market. That's why I want to start the trend of focusing bigger part of the budget on the Everyone a House! initiative.
The rest of the budget is kept as a reserve in case we exceed the spendings in one of the aforementioned areas.

That much budget? Time to lower or remove some taxes!
Well, there is always a room to discuss things like this, however as we have decreased Work Tax recently, I would personally prefer to avoid further changes in Work Tax for now.
Start with removing taxes that dont exist in the game, but invented by the community in the past. You know what I mean.
Wonder how I can pay those holidays..

Hey, I actually "complain" it is not as big as Shawtyl0w's 😃 ... but honestly, I expected to inherit less (especially after Work Tax was lowered and Iran was still wiped and such), hence my surprise.
