[CP] Update - TW, Alliances, unity!

Good evening eIreland,
Today I’m writing an article which should inform people of changes in Training War plan and a few other things I feel it’s important to talk about. Of course I’ll write an update on each Ministry as I always do. So far, my Cabinet showed great and hard work and I’ll be really happy if we keep it at this level.



TRAINING WAR WITH UK
As you could notice UK won the first battle in Northern Ireland we should have win. It’s not disaster and to be honest it wasn’t surprise, we had backup plan if something like this happens. Our MPP’s simply can’t secure us victory against their MPP’s no matter they don’t fight in that battle. After short talk with British President Blue and Evil we’ve decided to change conditions of the Training War. Until we build up decent MPP stack ( and we will be signing few more soon ) we’ll let them win in direct battles where also allies are involved and we’ll win Resistance Wars. To be precise:
1. United Kingdom will win in Louth
2. Ireland will start RW in Louth and win it
3. United Kingdom will attack Mayo and win it
4. Ireland will win RW in Mayo
5. UK will attack Louth again
6. Ireland will RW it back
etc.

As you could notice we’ve signed two MPP’s, one of them is with our long time ally Argentina and the other one is with Uruguay. SC of CUA paid for that MPP and we’re pleased to announce that we saved up some money and got another great ally. We'll keep signing MPP's to strenghen our MPP stack which should secure us victories in direct conflict in this training war.

UPDATE ON MINISTRIES



Department of Defence is keeping Irish citizens informed about national orders. We have articles published and updated every few hours, MoD team is also informing all MU Commanders about orders and we have to be pleased with them all. There will be organised another national strike in next Sunday, same place, same time as last time. Our national Military Unit (Irish Army) members will recieve more weapons soon. We’ve increased amount of tanks they recieve. We’ve also took care not to stretch our budget too much.



Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been working hard on gathering informations about all alliances in eWorld, there’s great article recently published where you can also find a poll which should confirm will of Irish people to join some alliance. You can also recieve informations about Ambassadors programme in the same article.



Ministry of Finances keeps getting us money. As you could notice this training war gained us a bit more money in our treasury and I’m happy to say that this training war really reflected good on our economy. AppleMan is keeping our orgs safe as he’s the only one with keys of them. All I can do is wish him good luck in making us more money. We’ve made new budget for our national Military Units and increased supplies for IA soldiers. As always Apple will write report after this term.



Ministry of Immigration is keeping eye on our national safety and preventing us from any possible PTO threats. Council members Uljanov, Raven Anarcho and Ian E Coleman are in charge of it. Each new applicant for Irish CS is personally approached and interviewed by one of them. So far congressmans have been mostly patient and done the right things which is very important.



Ministry of Education should start writing educational articles for our new citizens and those little older noobs who still needs some help. I’m looking forward for the first article in this month since our MoE couldn’t be so active in the first week of this term.



Ministry of New Citizens published nice report about Bootcamp soldiers. Bootcamp supplies remained same, Irasian is still taking care of BC and I’m sure he’ll keep up good work.



Ministry of Community, led by WHS is started new lotto round, we’re all looking forward to see even more fun and games from this Ministry!



NATIONAL COUNCIL
As you could see, National Council produced something good already. PTOed parties are given back to their previous owners and now we all hope peace is finally established between all groups and fractions in eIreland. As I said many times already, we have to remove those who keeps dividing our community. There’s only 200 active Irish citizens, only way to prevail in the eWorld is to finally achieve unite, of course there will always be some fights and conflicts, but let’s not take it to national level. Good job all sides for accepting all terms and signing The Leap of Faith Agreement.

ALLIANCES
I’ll now write a paragraph as citizen on Ireland, not as Irish President. This is my own opinion about alliances and it’s not final decision of this Government or eIreland as country.

First week of my term was very busy for our MoFA team, columbia and Raven, we’ve been on many meetings, we made a lot of talks and we restored some of forgotten friendships we had with some countries. I’ve found out many new informations and meet many new great people. It was a pleasure and honour for me to represent eIreland on such meetings.

Thing I’m happiest about is CUA. Many of you probably didn’t heard of it. It’s brotherhood between Colombia, Uruguay and Argentina. Since we had meetings with almost all alliances we had one with CUA representatives aswell. I was very surprised with CUA representatives on that meeting and in the same time very happy and proud.

We learned how CUA works and what’s their foundation and I was very surprised how well organised they are, but I’ll talk more about it later. I was most surprised with fact that CUA representatives invited eIreland to join their Brotherhood. We’re the only country they invited and that’s a fact that made me even more proud and surprised. Their approach to brotherhood is something EDEN had long time ago. Ireland is the only invited country from all countries in the World just because they care only about how dedicated country is to alliance. They could invite a lot bigger and stronger countries who are also interested to join this soon to be new alliance, but for now they are taking step by step. If we decide to become one of founder if this new alliance we’ll be the only ones except CUA members.



Of course I wasn’t only impressed by that, their organisation is really above level of any other alliance. They are building something serious and we can help them build new and strong alliance with strong foundations. CUA already has existing channels, all soldiers are separated on four channels according to their divisions ( there are many new players in those countries ) and they have supply channel which is open most of time. Each country supports the one who needs help most badly.
They also have great script which allow them to follow orders whole day ( Irish soldiers would also get that script if we join ) and they really seems to be very supportive to each other.



New alliance HQ would be made of two representatives from each member country, which would include eIreland aswell if we decide to join.

If we can become founder member of this new alliance with CUA countries, that would benefit Ireland a lot in future, not to mention we'd have night advantage over any enemy in Europe. We aren’t even that far away from them, only two regions is between us and South America and with successful tactical maneuver we’d be able to reach South American territory ( Newfoundland - Azores - South American regions ). This of course would take a lot of thinking and we’d have to make a good, realistic plan to do it, but it’s not impossible, it’s not even that hard.



Another good thing about CUA is that they are in very good relations with Asgard countries who are our close neighbours. Difference between those two alliances ( looking from our perspective ) is that only one of them wants us badly and it’s CUA. Even tho I think we’d be able to join Asgard in future, I’d rather join alliance who wants us in then the other one who already unofficially rejected us once ( Swedish congress voted us down 1,5 months ago ).

Each alliance could bring us something positive and something negative, but after recent events with CoT ( Not supporting Russia over Poland ) I’m even more sure CUA would be a better choice for us. Especially now when things in eWorld changes so fast. We need stable alliance, friendly allies, true family alliance.

That’s why my favourite is this new alliance we should form ( if Irish citizens decide it ) together with CUA members.






If you’re new citizen of eIreland (under level 25) make sure you join Irish Bootcamp, Military Unit for new players, you’ll recieve nice equipment there and get useful advices.





If you want to join Irish Army and become regular soldier of IA, you will recieve 10 q7 weapons per day for your work in IA commune. You don’t have any other obligation as regular soldier except finish your Daily Order according to Irish Army priority, wearing IA avatar and working in IA commune. If you want to become active and mobile soldier of Irish Army then you should consider joining Fianna Eireann. FE is part of Irish Army, most active, “elite” part. Fianna members will recieve 15 q7 weapons per soldier. Fianna members have obligations, as FE soldier you have to follow orders of FE Commander Duarte Goncalves whole day. UPDATE: REFERENDUM WILL TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY AND IT WILL LAST FOR 48 HOURS
On referendum people of Ireland will be able to choose between proEDEN side ( CUA, Asgard, EDEN ) and CoTWO side ( CoT, TWO ) alliances. There will also be one more question which should direct our FA team where to apply for membership ( Everyone will have to answer which is their favourite alliance from both sides ).

Basicly if people for example mostly vote for proEDEN side and mostly put Asgard as their favourite choice our MoFA team will give their best to make us become members of Asgard. Same goes for any other alliance.
