[CP] Update 3,245

Greetings all ye lads and lasses.

I wish to thank all of those who voted for me for my 2nd term as eIrish CP. It's been 5 years since I held this post and many things, faces and allies have changed.

Currently our country still has dictatorship. Personally, I feel the CP elect should hold both posts if this is truly a protective stance. But for now, things aren't broken so I don't intend to "fix" them. It would be nice to push all the buttons myself though.

Cabinet:

MoC and Honorary Governor: Harliquinn
MoD: Trito Fisher
MoE: Vacant, Someone step up here...
MoFA: Little Fishy
MoF: Sweet

State of Affairs:

As of now we have two training wars going in simultaneously. One with Albania and one with New Zealand. Currently our Natural Enemy selection is against New Zealand to facilitate that war seamlessly.

Meanwhile, Albania's CP has reached out to me and informs me they may need help in their part of the TW from what I gather.

Financials:

Recently a 2% Work Tax was bantered about and I'd like to see an actual metagame vote on this by Congress. Congress is a vital part of this game both in ensuring fair decisions as well as inclusiveness by others who give their time and care about what's going on.

MPPs:

The countries we are partnered with are as follows.

Italy - Expires in 13 days
United Kingdom - Expires in 14 days
Australia - Expires in 16 days
Bulgaria - Expires in 21 days
Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) - Expires in 21 days
Russia - Expires in 25 days

I propose that we renew all MPPs for this term as well as add two more at the very least. My targets for new MPPs are France and Canada. France is always a welcome force for eIre and I'm sure it would be beneficial for us given our history. France is typically a punching bag on a cyclical basis but I don't see it being an issue this term.

As far as Canada, they were our closest ally when I began in 2010. I'd like to see our relations grow back to that strength. Rylde seems to be quiet and I spent a good amount of time there and know many of them including their current CP and runner up.

Education and Society:

Previous to this term there was a decent amount of MoE activity a few months ago. I'd like to see that increase. No one has asked me to take on the task. I challenge someone to do just that. Be the voice for eIRE! We need you.
