[CP] Third presidential report - day 2222

Hello

This is the third presidential report (day 2222).

1. We have an agreement with Colombia.
On day 2223 (December 21) we will launch the Resisance War in Visayas against Colombia, and we will free it. That's the first part of agreement. The second part is that on day 2227 (25 December) I will propose a Natural Enemy law against Colombia in our congress, and it will pass. In practice, that means we will have a region for congress elections. And we'll see what after this.
So, prepare for tomorrow - day 2223 - RW in Visayas.
Supplies for battles are still open, who want some weapons, please contact me or our MoD.

2. Our government finally took control on the national organizations.
We had to wait a little for admins' response, but now everything is alright. For now, two persons have access to nine official organizations of Philippines: me (as Country President) and Al Raposas (as Minister of Finance).

Here is the list of these orgs:
1. Philippine Navy
2. Department of Home Affairs
3. PESO Jobs
4. Bank of Philippines
5. PACMAN HQ
6. Philippine Defense Department
7. Department of Finance
8. Philippine Marine Corps
9. Philippine Army

3. Other financial matter.
It bothers me that our congress rejected the project of increase the work tax from 1% to 2%. As I wrote earlier, this change is necessary, motivated by low revenues to the national treasury. I understand the aversion of congressmen to raising taxes, but it can't be that we lack money for basic expenses, like MPPs. Please, congressmen, think about it and we could try again.

I think we need group message for congress members again (although it's too late now, maybe next term) to inform the congress of laws that needs to pass (and so that the congress can debate on it too)
