Maligayang Pagbati mga kapwa Pilipino.

First of all I want to apologize and provide an explanation for my 2 week absence that took place in the middle of my term. The first part of this absence was due to a sudden and unplanned professional engagement. The second one was a medical situation. I was unable during both times to react properly and only managed to respond to the most urgent matters. I am really sorry that most of my plans were not implemented successfully, but I hope it wasn't all bad.

Many thanks to the Cabinet members for keeping things together while I was fighting my own wars and did their best to complete their tasks. I hope we will be able to cooperate once again very soon...

As promised, Visayas and Mindanao have been returned to the Philippines and we are waiting for the payment to occur so we can close the renting agreement. What will happen next is up to the new CP.

Summary

Contacts were made with several governments and besides our best efforts to establish close relations, some of them were quite inactive and non-responsive. As a result, we were only able to make 3 MPPs. We also had some offers which were not in our benefit and had to decline those offers.

During my term, there were 3 important laws that did not pass.

This was a part of a new renting agreement that Romania desired to sign with the Philippines. We were supposed to rent them Mindanao for 1 month at the price of 60 Gold, 30 000 PHP and insurance that their government would contact the Chinese, Argentinian and Colombian officials and ensure the MPPs would have been signed again. Although the Congress was informed about this, they rejected the law. This led to the Indonesian attack on Sabah, which we could have prevented, and the removal of the Romanian colony in Asia.

After the failed attempt to declare Romania as NE, this law proposal was meant to help them in the war with Indonesia. The Congress denied this law also. At this point I stopped proposing laws and left the Congress to decide the faith of the country. They blamed me for being a dictator, so I "returned" the democracy.

Probably the most controversial (or not) law this month. You can interpret the proposal and voting by yourself. Just to mention that I stopped voting on the laws up until today and allowed "democracy" to take it's course.

The new NE law proposal is about to be closed and my vote was the 13th YES. Prepare yourself as I will initiate the attack as soon as the attack option is available.
