Hi everyone,

it is with great sadness that I am writing this article. Yesterday, Ely.nea announced that she would be quitting this game due to issues in her RL. It came unexpected, but so do most things in life. As country president and therefor representing all the people of eBelgium, I feel obliged to say a few words, but most important of all, say thank you. Thank you Elynea, for everything you did for eBelgium, for every article you posted and for every citizen you helped, be it with articles explaining how to play this game or be it with the money you donated to afford MPP's and give players a chance to fight in battles.

Thank you for all the effort you put into this game, because you shall be remembered for everything and we will be with you in heart, during the difficult moments that you have to pass through now. We hope that you'll soon find the light after this darkness that you need to overcome. We hope that you may one day return with good news to eRepublik but for now, you are needed elsewhere by more important people.

So again, thank you for being a hero and best of luck. Continue being the strong and powerful woman that you are.
