[CP] Summary of the month

Dear Belgians,

This is my last day as Country President. In order to summarize the month, I decided to write an article about fails and success. Thank you for the trust, I hope you are satisfied with our work!

Training War The belgian-french war. Although we planned to have a training war instead of a real one, I guess we completed the mission. We not just defended our regions, but we conquered some of the french regions! We have signed a reputable white peace, which shows our diplomacy isn't dead.

Congress elections. I don't know if we had a congress with 40 members (39) or not, but now we have. We have signed the white peace at the best moment, so we acquired 10 more seats for Belgium.

Orders & supply.. Our Ministry of Defence was our most progressive ministry. The members of the ministry wrote articles everyday, so our soldiers found where to fight. They have also created a new supply system, which was very important during our battles.

Foreign relations. We have signed many MPPs with TWO countries, which helped us to survive. Although there is an upcoming war, I think we have great allies in CoT and in TWO too, and they are ready to support us in the future.

Growing population. We were able to keep our newcomers because of the war. Activity and positive atmosphere are good friends of the population, that's why we have more citizens than we had before the war. 🙂

Finance. Our MoFs were great, really! Well, to tell the truth we spent many CC. We haven't started to make a new tax-system, we have decided to wait until the effects of the war are passing. Now, I live with the opportunity to ,,propose'' (show you) what kind of tax-system would I prefer:

Communication. We tried to inform you about the most important events, but we haven't wrote articles about meaningless things. I guess this is the best way what a government can find.

Home Affairs. I am sad to say, but I am not satisfied. We had many plans this month, but our ministry delayed them because of the war. Unfortunately we haven't actualized them.

Security. I think our MoS-members did their best for Belgium, and we can see the results. 🙂
