Greetings citizens of the eNetherlands,

as promised, I will deliver a short PSA on the aforementioned topics in the headline.



As for concessions, Canada has asked us to not renew concessions on Sand for now, due to the CODE forces renewing their hostilities in their regions, and removing their housing bonus in the process. We will be monitoring the situation very closely, and hopefully things will get back to normal there, meaning we will be able to rent Sand to Canada back again in the near future.

For budget, it will mean a loss of income of 100 000 cc starting May budget. This loss should not endanger our spendings (if they remain on current levels) and we should be able to keep our budgets not that far below one million mark. We will be able to tell more, once we have more appropriate numbers for the April Budget, which still accounts Canadian concessions.



As for Communes, we are still sending payments for the 4th and 5th Communes (which are both already built, however we still need to send around 900 Gold total to their respective builders). We have also contacted several players, in order to find out their interests in keeping the future communes (which could be built during next Black Friday in November). For now, we had two positive replies from our senior citizens, djirtsdew and odan, who do not yet hold any communes, and who both are declared as trustful by this nation due to holding other positions (Keykeeper, respectively 2nd DAF Commander). I would like to thank for their interest, and I hope we will all agree in the next months to let these two individuals hold our next communes!
