Greetings my fellow citizens,
I want to thank all the citizens of Israel for my election! I’m very proud that I will serve Israel as Country President.

In this article I will announce you my thoughts and my cabinet’s projects and plans for the upcoming month of my presidency.

First of all I want to update you about the ongoing battles and events.

As you know, before some days we lost our colonies in Saudi Arabia (Hail and Tabuk) and Egypt (Sinai). This caused to lose 20% bonus in weapon productivity and 20% bonus in food productivity. The new update in war module, Determination, caused the occupied countries to liberate their regions more easily. All major countries of the world (Serbia, Poland, China, Greece) lost their colonies too. Israel has become a victim of this new update too. As you know, Sinai was a crucial region for our bonus because it connects our core regions to the useful regions of Saudi Arabia (Tabuk and Hail). We tried to re-conquer Sinai but the Egyptians re-liberated again. After Sinai’s liberation Cyprus took the chance and occupied Sinai. With this situation we don’t have borders with Egypt anymore, so we decided to declare war on Saudi Arabia and try occupying some Saudi Arabian regions. Saudi Arabia has a huge shield (around 16 billion), so we started “ping-pong” wars to make damage on their shield. For sure, it will not be easy, and I cannot promise you that we will take back our colonies. After all, we need Sinai too, because without Sinai, the regions in Saudi Arabia are useless. I will try to contact Cypriots and negotiate for the liberation of Sinai so we can get it, but it will not be easy. These battles will not end soon, but at least we will have some fun. I’m sure that these battles will raise our community’s activity.

Ministry of Defense

I’m seeing many times that some Israeli soldiers (mostly the new players) that they don’t have supplies to fight and work in their companies and eventually they abandon the game. We need new players to remain in the game, and for this reason we will help them as much as we can. Ministry of Defense has created a new project called “Food For The People”.
In this project ALL Israeli players of Division 1 and Division 2 will be able to receive 500 health per day by filling a simple form. Note that you have to fill this form every day and once per day! And soon (be patient) a supplier from Minister of Defense will supply you with 500 health. The MoD Team (ygalaviperez and Sergeant Autumn) will be responsible for this project.

We will see how this project will go and if the Israeli economy can afford it, we will include Division 3 players too. But for now this project will be active ONLY for Division1 and Division2 players.

Also, the Israeli government has created a project for supplying the Israeli soldiers with weapons. I will personally contact with the commanders of the 2 major military units of Israel (Samson and IDF) to agree to a standard weekly amount of q7 weapons. For now, the elite Military Unit of Sayeret Matkal will be excluded from this project, because it has a lot of stocked weapons thanks to donations from many Sayeret Matkal soldiers.

My plan is this : None Israeli soldier without food or weapons!

Ministry of Finance

Danis1982, as minister of Finance, is doing a great job. He managed to give stability to our economy. We will follow his directions about lowering or raising taxes according to Israel needs. Last month the Israeli government created a Stipends Program in which it gave hundreds of gold to our citizens. If we can afford it we will run this project in this month too. It isn’t in my personal style to stock piles of money and gold, so my plan is to give back (with supplies and projects) the treasury to our people.

Also, unfortunately I checked that many of our congressmen haven’t donated their congress medal yet. I want to remind you that (except the taxation) Israeli state hasn’t any other income, and for this reason your congress medal donation is crucial for our economy and our ability to sign MPPs with our allies and run projects for the people. Ministry of Foreign Affairs

I’m very proud that Ministry of Foreign Affairs is filled with hardworking people. xMikiGOx as Minister, Aviv Mark as deputy Minister, and Eynpahad, Michael II Augustus and danis1982 as Vice Ministers will help us to make our relations with our allies stronger. Right now, we have 5 mpps (Greece, Serbia, Poland, Turkey and Argentina).In our future plans is to sign (we will decide it alongside with MoF and if we can afford it) a 6th mpp.

Ministry of Immigration

Me and Minister of Immigration shoval gafni created a new form of Immigration. Before some months Israel had minor problems of PTO (Political Take Over), for this reason we have to be very careful. Our population is small, so we have to give Israeli citizenship with caution. Shoval gafni will check the citizenship requests and then she will propose (via Congress massive pms) to accept or deny the cs request. So, my suggestion to our Congressmen is NOT to give Israeli citizenship until shoval gafni says so. If some foreigner will approach you to give him the Israeli citizenship, send him the form. Ofcourse, real life Israeli players will not have to fill any form. We will give them the Israeli citizenship immediately.

Ministry of Education

I’m very happy that both Ministers of Education T.GodFather and Rickolas have access to the in-game chat for new players. With this way they will be able help the new players, responding to possible queries and questions. Also, we must not forget the amazing job with the guide-site that xMikiGOx made before some months. In this site there are a lot of guides usefull for all of us. There is an English and Hebrew version. Some of these guides will be re-published via erepublik articles by T.GodFather and Rickolas.

I don’t want to tell you lies and fairytales. This month will be not an easy one, and even if we don’t manage to reoccupy our colonies, at least we will have fun and battles. I’m very optimistic that we will do our best for our country Israel.
In my plans is to update you and inform you about the important events once in a week.

שלום לחבריי האזרחים,
ראשית כל רציתי להודות לכל אזרחי ישראל שבחרו בי! אני מאוד גאה לשרת בישראל כנשיא.

במאמר זה אכריז על מחשבותיי ועל פרוייקטי הקבינט שלי ותוכניותיי לחודש הנשיאות.

קודם כל רציתי לעדכן אתכם בנוגע לקרבות המתמשכים ואירועים אחרים.

כפי שאתם יודעים, לפני כמה ימים איבדנו את אחיזתנו בערב הסעודית [הא-איל וטאבוק] ומצריים [סיני]. זה גרם לאובדן של 20% בייצור נשק ו20% בייצור אוכל. העדכון החדש במודל המלחמה, נחישות, אפשר למדינות הכבושות לשחרר את עצמן יותר בקלות. כל האימפריות של העולם (סרביה, פולין, סין, יוון) איבדו שטחים. ישראל הפכה ל"קורבן" של העדכון החדש הזה גם כן. כפי שאתם יודעים, סיני היה שטח קריטי עבורנו כי הוא חיבר אותנו לשטחים השימושיים של ערב הסעודית - הא-איל וטאבוק. ניסינו לכבוש מחדש את סיני אך המצרים שחררו את האיזור מחדש. לאחר שחרור סיני קפריסין לקחו את ההזדמנות וכבשו את סיני. במצב זה אין לנו גבול עם מצרים יותר, אז החלטנו להכריז מלחמה על ערב הסעודית ולתפוס כמה שטחים של ערב הסעודית. לערב הסעודית מגן גדול מאוד [בסביבות 16 מיליארד] אז התחלנו לעשות מלחמות "פינג פונג" כדי לפגוע להם במגן. לבטח, זה לא יהיה קל ואני לא יכול להבטיח שנכבוש מחדש את השטחים שהיו לנו פעם. אחרי הכל, אנחנו צריכים גם את סיני כי בלי איזור זה השטחים של ערב הסעודית לא יהיו שווים דבר. אני אנסה ליצור קשר עם הקפריסאים ולשאת ולתת בנוגע לשחרור סיני לטובתנו אך זה לא יהיה קל. הקרבות הללו לא יסתיימו בקרוב אבל לפחות יהיה לנו קצת כיף. אני בטוח שהקרבות הללו יעלו את הפעילות של הקהילה

אני רואה מלא פעמים ששחקנים ישראלים [לרוב השחקנים החדשים] נשארים בלי אספקה לעבוד ולהילחם ובסופו של דבר פורשים. אנחנו צריכים שהשחקנים החדשים יישארו במשחק ולשם כך אנחנו נעזור להם כמה שאפשר. משרד הביטחון יצר פרוייקט חדש בשם "אוכל לעם" בפרוייקט זה -כל- אזרחי ישראל בדיוויזיה אחת ושתיים יוכלו לקבל 500 חיים ליום על ידי מילוי טופס פשוט. שימו לב שאתם צריכים למלא את הטופס כל יום ורק פעם ביום! בקרוב יהיה ספק של משרד הביטחון שיזרים אליכם את ה-500 בריאות ביום. צוות משרד הביטחון - אביב ויגאל-אבי פרץ יהיו אחראיים על פרוייקט זה.

אנחנו נראה איך פרוייקט זה יתקדם ואם הכלכלה הישראלית יכולה להרשות אותו לעצמה. אולי נכלול גם שחקני דיוויזיה שלוש אך כרגע -רק- שחקני שתי הדיוויזיות הראשונות זכאים.

בנוסף, ממשלת ישראל יצרה פרוייקט לאספקת נשקים לחיילי ישראל. אני אישית אצור קשר עם המפקדים של שתי היחידות הגדולות בישראל [צה"ל ושמשון] כדי להסכים על כמות שבועית של נשק רמה שבע. לעת עתה, יחידת העילית סיירת מטכ"ל לא תיכלל בפרוייקט זה בגלל שיש לה אספקה רבה הודות לחיילי הסיירת.

התוכנית שלי היא כזו: אף שחקן ישראלי לא ימצא את עצמו נזקק לאוכל או נשק!

משרד האוצר

דניס1982, שר האוצר, עושה עבודה נהדרת. הוא הצליח לייצב את הכלכלה שלנו. אנחנו נעקוב אחר הנחיותיו בנוגע להעלאת/הפחתת מיסים בהתאם לצורכיה של ישראל. בחודש שעבר הממשלה הישראלית יצרה מלגות זהב וחילקה מאות זהב לאזרחים. אם נוכל להרשות את זה הפרוייקט הזה ימשיך גם החודש. זה לא הסגנון האישי שלי לאגור מלא כסף וזהב אז התוכנית שלי היא לתת בחזרה בצורת אספקה ופרוייקטים את האוצר בחזרה לעם.

בנוסף, לצערי בדקתי והרבה מחברי הכנסת לא תרמו את מדליית הקונגרס שלהם עדיין. אני רוצה להזכיר שמלבד מיסים לישראל אין הכנסה ומהסיבה הזו המדליה של הקונגרס קריטית ליכולותינו לחתום על בריתות עם בני בריתנו ולהריץ פרוייקטים עבור כולם. אם טרם תרמתם את מדליית הקונגרס שלכם, אנא צרו קשר עם שר האוצר Danis1982.

משרד החוץ

אני מאוד גאה בכך שמשרד החוץ מלא באנשים חרוצים. מיקי שר החוץ, אביב מארק, אין פחד, מיכאל 2 אוגוסטוס ודניס1982 כסגנים יעזרו לשפר את יחסינו עם בני בריתנו. כעת יש לנו חמישה הסכמי הדדיות [יוון, סרביה, פולין, טורקיה וארגנטינה]. בעתיד, אנו מתכננים לחתום על הסכם שישי במידה ושר האוצר יקבע כי נוכל להרשות זאת.

משרד ההגירה

אני ושר ההגירה שובל גפני יצרנו טופס הגירה חדש. לפני כמה חודשים לישראל הייתה בעיית השתלטות פוליטית קטנה. עקב כך עלינו להיזהר. אוכלוסייתנו קטנה ואנו צריכים לתת אזרחות ישראלית בשיטת כבדהו וחשדהו. שובל גפני תבדוק את בקשות האזרחות ואז תציע בהודעה כללית לכל חברי הכנסת לאשר או לדחות את הבקשה. אז, הבקשה שלי לחברי הכנסת -לא- לתת אזרחות ישראלית מבלי ששובל גפני תגיד כך. אם זר יוצר איתכם קשר בנוגע לאישור אזרחות שלחו לו את הטופס. כמובן, אזרחי ישראל בעולם האמיתי לא יצטרכו למלא טופס ויקבלו אזרחות מיידית.

שר החינוך
