[CP] Netherlands-Iran rental agreement (republish)

Greetings citizens of the Netherlands,

as promised earlier, we republish the rental concession with Iran (which was signed 209 days ago), due to the fact is has been renewed again after small pause by both Congresses due to the end of Iranian occupation.

1.eNetherlands agrees to let eIran to use 2 bonuses (Iron and Fish) located in region of Western Netherlands for the period of 1 month. After that the agreement can be renewed by agreement of both Governments.

2.The region of Western Netherlands should not be attacked by anyone (not even in any TW), and if an another country (except eNetherlands TW partner) attacks eNetherlands regions, eIran will set the defensive eNL battles as Prio 1 and will help to defend against the attack.

3. In case eNetherlands TW partner conquers the territory, the territory will be released as soon as possible, and the deal shall be renewed as soon as possible.

4. Iran agrees to pay a rent in amount of 100,000 currency per month in total for both resouces.

5. The GDP percentage money received from Iran via rental concession deal will be used to deduct the Iranian payment mentioned in the Art.4 (= Amount). In case the received GDP percentage money will be lower than the Amount, Iran will pay the remaining money via donation to the Treasury of eNetherlands. In case the received GDP percentage money will be higher than the Amount, the remaining GDP money will be returned to the Iranian treasury. The payment of Amount will be done atleast each 14 days.

6. Both the Ministry of Finance of eNetherlands and Ministry of Finace of Iran will be keeping necessary records for the calculation of Amount.

Not sure, when CoC informed about it in Congressional newspapers, but government did it as soon as possible.

Aso, if you managed to build companies in NL... move them, while you can. We never had worthwile bonus, and we never will. And under current low prices, you have trouble making good profit even in regions with full bonuses.

I had 10 companies but had to create a holding when I came back. I see that there is a cost to creating a new holding for moving the companies...
I didn't create the companies for profit, but to provide food for myself.

I see you are located in Iran with a nice bonus on production. Which means you're not even resident in the country you're CP of, but of the country you rent our countries resources out to?

Yeah, they should allow you some time to think, before you are forced to make holding. I believe there was some sort of small in-game tutorial about it, but as usual, it does not really help, because it does not say to you, where to find some good bonuses. And yeah, moving costs some money - some small food companies can be moved quite cheap, but when you need to move Q7 weapon factory... it costs a lot, especially if you move it across the entire globe (because the cost varies on the kilometers you are moving!)

I actually have holdings in both Iran and Netherlands. Without holding, you cannot put job offers on the job market in said country, so a lot of people choose to have multiple holdings. Sadly, the game does not publicly show all your holdings (or if it does, I have not figured out, where).

We have had this agreement for a while now, it only stopped because they were wiped at some point. Maybe you didn't notice because you came back right in the short period where we kept our resources until they were free, but that is not the gov's fault, just a coincidence.

We have had a Resource concession with Iran for many months.

There was also a while back a resource thing, where the bonuses got changes all over eRep. Because of this a window of "free" changing holding location was given to all the citizens.
My food production also dropped because of these changes. Military parts I have located in an other country. Sadly you have been away on a break when all this happened Mael Dunbar.
