[CP] NAP with Egypt

Good evening Israel,

after very long and tough we decided to sign a non-aggression pact with Egypt. All Israeli regions will be liberated and there will be peace between Egypt and Israel for at least 6 months. It's not only a good opportunity to regenerate from all exertions, especially the economical ones, but also to improve the relations between both countries.

First of all I want to thank Rusty D, the SG of Nebula, for making the deal possible by starting negotiations with Ruthless Warrior and paying a very high amount from his own funds in order to guarantee peace between Egypt and us.

Here is the agreement in detail:

NAP

- The governments of Israel and Egypt hereby agree to sign this agreement and to ensure it is held for a minimum period of 6 months.

- Israel will make an initial payment of 300,000cc to ensure the liberation of ALL 5 core regions currently held by Egypt. After all 5 regions are released, Nebula members will pay a remainder of 450,000cc to Egypt. This money will be held by a 3rd party (Janty F current CP of Cz and PR of Nebula). This person has been agreed upon by both governments.

- All Israeli regions will be liberated through RW's that have been agreed upon by both governments.

- During this NAP period, No NE from either country can be made upon each other.

- If an NE is proposed by mistake, the country in question is to ensure that it is rejected in congress.

- Neither Israel or Egypt will support any foreign coups or attempted take overs of each others country.

- Neither Israel or Egypt will support any RWs in each others regions.

- The governments of Israel and Egypt will try publicly and officially prevent any of their soldiers fighting against either of these nations for a 3rd party country.

- This NAP will be published in Egyptian and Israeli media by their selected governments. And it will also be published via the Nebula paper.
