Join the new world

Greetings citizens of the eNetherlands,

I will keep this one brief, as to not disrupt festivities of Easter. I hope that despite the difficult times, you still had time to enjoy Easter atleast a little bit. The message of living hope being reborn is certainly something we can all use and follow in these days. So I wish you all (though late) Happy Easter!



In other news:

- We had to change our TW with Belgium and Latvia to ping-pong, as the train did not really work, and attacks were being disrupted by Belgium losing border more than it was originally expected. So please follow the updated orders: Defend Southern Netherlands and lose attacks in Belgian home territory.

- We made few Airstrikes around Australia, as asked by our allies. Thus far, we are still waiting on some major push to be done there, which is also influenced by:



- EVENT - yes, event came in, and halted everything for the foreseeable few days. For few more days, you can still keep getting carrots, if you end up in TOP5 in any battle, and the higher you areand the more kills you do, the more carrots you earn. Also, when the battle ends up epic, you get even more carrots.

Basically, this means following:

- If you are a player (preferably with Maverick Pack) and strong account, who can make epic in D1 on his own whim, and you know you can end up first (or second) in this epic - you basically spend carrots to earn more carrots, and you can tank infinitesimally all the way to Legend XX. Many people did that already, and even if you cannot spend all these hours and hours into making epics (which I perfectly understand, as that is simply insane), just think about doing few of those in our battles, if you have half an hour once in a while. Some of you might still have those MP boosters left from previous weeks - now is the best time to use them and make both yourself, and NL strong.

- Please inform the rest of citizens about epics you plan to do/are doing. Sometimes, the government needs to check with other government, if they also do not plan an epic. Sometimes other people might be thinking about making an epic at the same time. And sometimes (and that happened as well), we can end up with too many players fighting in the epic in one battle, screwing each other losing carrots for all of us. Remember this:

The ideal amount of people fighting in the epic for carrots is 2, and the shorter the epic is, the better (it attracts less foreigners). 3rd-5th place still get carrots, of course - but if they could join another epic in better place, or make their own ones, it is essential waste of resources

- We still have Training Wars to fight in, and walls to maintain, with sometimes extremely cheap BH/SH medals. So if you cannot fight in epics, now is your ideal time to get some of those and help us fixing walls as well.



In these times, we sadly also have people, who like to argue about medals, and cause unnecessary conflicts and drama with other people. This recently happened in governmental chat as well, and seeing this type of behavior makes me quite sad. I understand that some people, who until recently could claim all medals are now annoyed by other fighters appearing in "their" battles - but that is the only way, how we can make Netherlands stronger - by having more people to fight in battles and earn gold for them. We currently have enough Training Wars to satisfy most of us here (and we cannot open more due to costs and keeping the ability to fix walls, when going badly) - just few months ago, we had half of our current number, and I saw less arguments than now. So please try to keep it civil, and respect your other country members, who also want to enjoy the game and grab a medal or two for themselves. We all need to fight together, and not against each other!
