Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

As stated in the previous article: It's time to give the taxes back to you!
All we want in return, is to be active in our country and community!

I worked out a plan to give it back as balanced possible to the community in all aspects of the game.

For the Politicans
As stated in my previous article, I don't want to collect the Congress Member Tax. But after heated discussion in my team, we concluded to collect all Congress Tax instead of stated in my previous article. After all tax is collected, the tax is returned to the Congress Members (probably in the amount of NLG, 2,5 gold is worth). To do this as smooth as possible, please not donate more than 2.5 gold.

For the Entrepreneurs
To help players to become self sufficiant and to help them creating a good business, we created a new Government Program: 'Build your own stuff'. That also includes help for players who created their Holding Company in the eNetherlands, to relocate that company to a bonus country. Below you can find the program details.

Promotion of Companies - ''Build your own stuff''
1. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 3 months can request a one time subsidy of 25 gold to relocate their holding company. Only citizens with just one holding company and located in eNetherlands can apply.
2. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 3 months can request a subsidy of 70 Gold to upgrade their Food Factory in a 80+% bonus country from Q1 up to Q3. Half of this subsidy (35 Gold) is a loan that needs to be paid back to the Treasury of the eNetherlands. This is limited to three subsidies per citizen and once per two months.
4. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 6 months can request a one time subsidy of 100 Gold to upgrade their Weapon Factory in a 80+% bonus country from Q5 or Q6 to Q6 or Q7. Half of this subsidy (50 Gold) is a loan that needs to be paid back to the Treasury of the eNetherlands.
5. The Government reserves the right to accept and reject applications, based on the activity of the applicant, the location of the Factory and the expectation of successfully complying to the terms and having no outstanding loans.

For the Army
To increase the amount of weapons created for our Army we decided to create another state owned Weapon Company. The idea is to build that company, when there is a bonus doing so. But we need to start transfer gold now, if we want to be ready when the offer is there. I will ask the Chairman of Congress to open a debate for this, to make sure future governments are obilged to continue this plan.

We have increased the rewards for The Flying Dutchman significantly and we are looking for a way to improve the rewards for the Green Berets as well.

Also all active DAFatar wearing soldiers, will recieve a nice bonus soon.

For the Community
Last but not least, we want to do something for the community. We have a nice one time bonus for someone or something. People can request this bonus by writing an article in their newspaper. There is one rule. You cannot request it for yourself. The most funiest, needed or ... entry will win.
