[CP] Government Programs and Budgetting

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

In this article I'd like to inform you about our active government programs! click on the banners for examples of newspaper publications made by ministers in the past!

Promotion of Air Warfare - The Flying Dutchman
1. All citizens of the eNetherlands that meet the requirements communicated by the Government will receive The Flying Dutchman sponsorship.
2. Citizens are, at minimum, required to make a certain amount of aerial kills per week or improve their aerial rank to receive the sponsorship.
3. The Government is obliged to publish weekly articles reporting on the programme and informing about individual sponsorships.
4. The detailed requirements of The Flying Dutchman can be found in MoD newspapers.

Total Budget: 300,000 NLG *includes August 6(5 weeks)

Promotion of Ground Warfare - The Green Berets
1. All citizens of the eNetherlands that meet the requirements communicated by the Government will receive The Green Berets sponsorship.
2. Citizens are, at minimum, required to make a certain amount of ground damage per week.
3. The Government is obliged to publish weekly articles reporting on the programme and informing about individual sponsorships.
4. The detailed requirements of The Green Berets can be found in MoD newspapers.

Total budget: 1,000 Q7 weapons AND the value of 1,000 Q7 weapons in NLG (+/- 92,000 NLG)

Promotion of Media Activity - Community Media Project
1. All citizens of the eNetherlands without a Newspaper can request a subsidy of 2 Gold after writing their first article.
2. Every qualitative article published by a citizen of the eNetherlands in their newspaper will be reviewed by the government.
2a. The author(s) of the best article(s) in the presidential term will receive a bonus prize.
2b. Every qualitative article will be awarded 1,000 NLG.
2c. The government is free to enforce the articles 2a. and/or 2b.
3. Governmental articles and articles regarding election campaigning cannot receive this reward. Members of Government are allowed to compete with personal articles, with the exception of the organizer of the Community Media Project.

Total Budget: 30,000 NLG

Promotion of House Usage - Everyone a House!
1. All citizens of the eNetherlands that meet the requirements communicated by the Government are eligible for a monthly grant to purchase and activate a Quality 1 House.
2. The Government reserves the right to accept and reject applications, based on the activity of the applicant and the expectation of successfully complying to the terms.

Total Budget: 150,000 NLG

Promotion of Strength - Train to Gain
1. All citizens of the eNetherlands without fully upgraded 'Weights Room' are eligible for a subsidy that covers the cost of upgrading their 'Weights Room' during a discount.
2. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 2 months can request a subsidy of up to 38.5 Gold to upgrade their 'Weights Room' up to Q3.
3. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 3 months can request a subsidy of up to 55 Gold to upgrade their 'Weights Room' up to Q4. Half of this subsidy (27.5 Gold) is a loan that needs to be paid back to the Treasury of the eNetherlands.
4. The Government reserves the right to accept and reject applications, based on the activity of the applicant and the expectation of successfully complying to the terms.

Total Budget: Gold (unregulated)

Promotion of Companies - Build your own stuff
1. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 3 months can request a one time subsidy of 25 gold to relocate their holding company. Only citizens with just one holding company and located in eNetherlands can apply.
2. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 3 months can request a subsidy of 70 Gold to upgrade their Food Factory in a 80+% bonus country from Q1 up to Q3. Half of this subsidy (35 Gold) is a loan that needs to be paid back to the Treasury of the eNetherlands. This is limited to three subsidies per citizen and once per two months.
3. A citizen with Dutch citizenship for at least 6 months can request a one time subsidy of 100 Gold to upgrade their Weapon Factory in a 80+% bonus country from Q5 or Q6 to Q6 or Q7. Half of this subsidy (50 Gold) is a loan that needs to be paid back to the Treasury of the eNetherlands.
4. The Government reserves the right to accept and reject applications, based on the activity of the applicant, the location of the Factory and the expectation of successfully complying to the terms and having no outstanding loans.

Total Budget: Gold (unregulated)

Total budget of all the above mentionned government programs: 572,000 NLG

The above are government programs admitted in our lawbook. This term there will also be some other innitiatives carried out by our ministers and their deputies. These projects are yet to be announced.

Budgets for individual ministries:
- Ministry of Defence: 60,000 NLG
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs: 5,000 NLG
- Ministry of Home Affairs: 40,000 NLG
- Ministry of Education: 20,000 NLG
- Presidential Office: 150,000 NLG

Total budget assigned to specific ministries: 275,000

Other Projects and Daily Management Costs:
- MPPs: 30,000 NLG
- Buying back Gol😛 50,000 NLG
- Return of congress medal tax: 1,500 NLG per member of congress (52,500 NLG)
- Unforeseen: 45,310 NLG

Other budgetted expenses: 177,810 NLG
