Sons & Friends of Cyprus,
Here come the end of my presidential term.




The start was hard after the impeach of my kanki Rafor, but we did it. \o/
Everything ran well for the country, and we're on the way to recover all our regions.




* First I'd like to thanks our allies.



- Tjutg Simzb, president of Turkey, is a great person. His country could be glad of him. He a man of honor, and very wise ; one of the best president I met. More than that he has been a real ally, a true friend. Tesekkürler qardesim. 🙂

- Hawkoulis, vice-president of Greece, who has always been there for Cyprus. I want to thank you for all your efforts and all the talks we had. I don't forget smee again, president of Greece, who was here at the end of term. Euxaristw Kyrioi 🙂


* I also want to thank our neighbours.



- Meow2 (a.k.a. Darren OKitty), impeached president of Israel (😃 Aaaaahh). We didn't need long talks to understand each other ; that's just great! 🙂 תודה נצלבה ישו xdxd




- NoLimit and DarkMistressTheExecutrix, president and MoFA of Bulgaria. Even if we're not in the same side, you're currently respecting your word, and our talk were very respectful. Thanks o/

For people who were late to registred to the fortum program and who didn't receive something before, I decided to send them something.

Let's see now what has been good, bad or could have been better this month.




Good relationships have been hold with our neighbours, except with Egypt, but as long as their position is not clear, who cares? People in charge in Greece, Turkey and Israel helped us in this way.

We're a small country without a lot of revenue and we need to take care of our spendings. This month we signed only 2 MPP's with Greece & Turkey, which has been enough to protect ourselves, and to have some fights everyday.

We asked admins for some improvements, but as usual we got no answer. So we don't know if our grievance about more citizenship passes, more regions, more links (change Egypt map and add some countries) has been listened, or if they don't care about us and other players.




We're on the way to recover all our 3 regions : Northern Cyprus, Southern Cyprus and Sinai.

We didn't lose any unexpectable battle

We didn't spend a lot of extra supplies

53 people have been supplied (40 ppl from D3+D4 and 13 form D1+D2)
828 Q7 weapons, 660 Q6 weapons and 11.700 CYP have been given and each citizen receive the same amount. This represents about 32.000 CYP.
All the weapons have been bought on the market, so the national stores haven't been touch for Q7+Q6.

We didn't have lot of battles and so we didn't progress a lot for the Patriot medal 🙁 but we could only do with what the game offers and with what we can do.

Tax changes have been a success. We earn now about ~1100 CYP/day against ~850 CYP/day before. In the same time, prices have not raised (avoiding black market), supplies are still available for everyone (avoiding internal crisis and lost of money), and producers from the island can sell at a reasonable price (avoiding personal production freeze).

We signed only 2 MPP's which reduce considerably the state spending.

We reached an agreement with Turkey to rent Tabuk to them for 30.000 CYP 300 Q7 Tanks /month (500 Q7 tanks the 1st month)

People from the island and Friends of Cyprus have been very generous this month, helping us to have some funds.

We didn't used the monetary market to produce some gold.

We didn't manage to create a commune system. Right now the minimum wage is @1.00 CYP and employers don't play the game of good wages. Almost all the countries in the world are at the same minimum wage because of people wotking in commune system, and it's the hardest law to be accepted by a congress. If a foreigner or a new player comes, and he knows nobody, then he has no revenue. At this point this is very hard to have a community. A commune system needs people dedicated to that, and it couldn't have been my job this month. I hope it'll be done in the future.

Here is the state of our finance:







This month, our profit is about 27.000 CYP, which is less than the rent for Tabuk for only 2 MPPs
46 Golds are added to the treasury thanks to donations.

The total treasury is of 120.000 CYP and 96 Gold distributed between state money and the Bank of Cyprus organization.

A very good month for the country, which will give more options to next presidents and for difficult times.

Congress elections have not been particulary managed, but as we didn't have any problem, that sounds okay.




A lot of food & weapons have been send to our newbies
ReMiiX sent about 3.000 Q5 foods, 200 Q5 weapons and 150 Q3 weapons, all from donations.
This represents about ~2000 CYP (~850 CYP only for food), which is awesome for our country \o/

The #cyprus irc channel was more active than last month, but it can still be improved.

Projects of lottery and haxball tournament have not been followed by our citizens. 🙁




This month, I tried to make everyone be part of Cyprus, but it has not been easy.
I felt sometimes alone, so here you find me at the end of my term like a true führer. 😃
I made my best, I tried to communicate a lot (1 article every 2.5days), to make things move with admins, and to show our island as a country of Honor, of Friendship and of Fun.
