Greetings eIndians,

This article is written hastily and it just covers some of the points. You can expect another article addressing other issues omitted in this article soon.

Congress donations i.e. minimum 1000 cc collected from the Congressmen each term is a voluntary payment. Some congressmen even pay 2000 cc or 5 gold! Further hereon there is no blacklist. However a list of congressmen who have not paid will remain and such citizens will not be eligible for any future benefits from the Government or rewards from any Government sponsored contests unless their default is repaid in full.


Congress donations are used to buy weekly supplies which are distributed by the Air Chief, Visor Of Blades every week.


Bulgaria and Macedonia are our allies and we have been willfully occupied by them. We also receive rent each month from our allies which is a bonus for us. There is no need to publish articles slamming our allies as this will lead to disharmony and confusion between eIndia and its allies. In case any citizen feels that we should overthrow Bulgaria and Macedonia, first of all, we really can’t as we have very few active fighters who can deal significant damage. Even if we somehow manage to get our allies to leave eIndia, any hostile country can come and occupy us. They won’t pay any rent and may not even release seats for Congress. So be happy with the 2-3 regions we presently get during Congress elections whereby almost everyone who applies for Congress gets a seat. Many countries have tried to AS us in the recent past and our allies have stood alongside us, so let’s continue enjoying cordial relations with them.


The rent paid by our allies is safe and is kept in balance for any future contingencies like AS, CO, MPP, etc. In the past millions of cc were spent by XSideWinderX and PizzaRayne as they used their own RL money on eIndia. They did it selflessly and did not demand anything in return. PizzaRayne is not around any more and XSidewinderX is broke too after spending a lot of money! We don’t have anyone else who will provide us with cc so the income earned by eIndia is kept aside for this sole reason. The money held by the CP, which represents Government money, will not be made public through publishing an article. I have done so in the past and can do so even today but there are some real dangers if I do it now, like PTO and MTO. Any interested senior citizen of eIndia who wishes to know about the amount of money owned by eIndia can PM me or any future CP. Publishing of financial data will not take place henceforth as recently Indonesia had published their income and got PTO-ed and conquered after that. I won’t really jeopardize the interests of eIndia to satisfy the curiosity of a noob who demands to know about the eIndia’s income or reserves. Neither do I, nor do any of eIndia’s loyal citizens want any of that, so I need to be discreet about eIndia’s income.


A proposal to transfer the amount in the treasury to me or someone else will be made shortly because if anybody occupies our country they will have instant access to the treasury and all organizations and we will be powerless to stop them later. This is a proactive decision take by my cabinet in order to not end up in the same way as the countries which have been conquered recently. Congressmen are requested to co-operate and vote accordingly.


Citizens are encouraged to come out interactive contests instead of negative articles. If any particular contest is found to be interesting by the Government or if there is huge participation by eIndians, then the rewards maybe sponsored by the Government. Citizens desirous of starting a contest are advised to contact the CP before starting the contest or publishing the article.


Lastly, (this is a bonus for you) we are in discussion with ePakistan about having a TW. This will be different from our TWs with our allies as we won’t be guaranteed to win. Its just gonna be eIndia vs ePak, one on one, if everything is decided. Allies of both countries will not interfere. So let me see how many eIndians who were desperate to show their strength and might actually show up at the battlefield if we have a war. After all, there have been many tall claims by some noobs that eIndia should have 7 regions or eIndia should overthrow Bulgaria and Macedonia. Let’s see if these noobs can actually walk the talk and take on ePak.
