[CoT] New HQ for December

Dear friends

Two days ago (12th December 2012 ~ Day 1849 of the New World) was the first official summit in December. At this meeting there was an election of the new HQ for December. This month the presidency goes to South Korea and Switzerland, so they both proposed their candidates for Supreme Commanders (SCs). South Korea proposed AlexFran as their candidate based on excellent work he did this past month and to ensure the talks between alliances and other countries run smoothly. Switzerland proposed Lotus Black and chukcha was re-elected as the Military Commander (MC). T-Sic will remain as the Bank Governor (EO), whereas the position of Public Relations (PR) remains vacant until another candidate is nominated. Any interested candidates can send an IGM to anyone from the HQ.
