[Congress] February Report #1
UNL Congress
Greetings, citizens of Netherlands,
today, we bring you a brief summary of all votings and debates, which happened since the last article. The votes of individual Congress members are detailed in the voting document.
There were few in-game votes. As Iran is occupied, there has been no Donate law to return back their concessions. However, budget of 350 000 cc was donated from Treasury to MoD org per government request. Both our MPPs with Canada and Cuba have been renewed (however there has been a string of NO votes in both of these votes), and after a long debate, the Work tax has been lowered to 3%.
There were two out-game votings in current Congress, about the selection of new CoC and about Motion of No Confidence against him.
Election of new CoC
As usual, Congress voted on new CoC. Only one candidate appeare
😛Janty F, with Shawtyl0w as dCoC.
The votes were following:
Yes: 10
No: 3
Neutral: 4
Janty F was therefore appointed as Chairman of Congress.
Motion of No Confidence CoC Janty f
Motion launched by Congress member odan, who has felt unsatisfied with the current CoC.
The votes were following:
Yes: 5
No: 6
Neutral: 1
The Motion of No Confidence was therefore rejected.
There is currently one debate opened in Congress regarding a behavior of certain player. Due to the potential sensitivity of the debate, we cannot publish more details right now.
Thanks for reading the report. If you have any suggestions for improvement, please do let us know in the comments.
Janty F
Chairman of Congress
Comments
OH sensitive material??? And I thought everything was calm.
It's nothing really.
Depends on your view on fighting against allies.
For some people, it means very little 😉 .
No clue what the discussion is, yet it depends largely if you fight hard to turn walls or fight to do 25 kills for merc or the required amount for a RH medal or even just to dump some energy in a TW where that ally is to lose anyway I'd say. That said I can hardly believe we have players that are active and able to make a difference that fight hard against allies. But I'll await further information if that will be published at all. As it's a discussion about a player I suspect it to stay a congress private matter so it should not even be mentioned in the first place imo...
