So here we are at the end of the October Congress term for 2019.

Participation in votes have been pretty good, with the in-game PM votes having 79%

and in-game Law votes having 81%

Specifically for the in-game PM there has been several debates which have resulted in 8 votes that they have voted on. With the highest turnout reaching 84.8%

and lowest turnout being 66.7%

In total there were 13

Congress members that reached 100% in their participation. With 2

Congress member being under 25%.
