[AMP]Time to Get Back in it

As I said in my previous article, I’ll be publishing many of the reforms I wish to implement now!



New Position: Program Leader

Something I want to do is create a new position in the party called Program Leader. Program leaders will be like department deputies now, but they will be much more focused, only working on the program they run. This allows us to divide work in a more efficient way, and gives newer party members a way to move up in the party. In addition, I want to create and/or revive multiple programs.



AMP Charity Program

I want to bring back the charity program in a big way. My plan is to communize our supplies into one pool, and use that to supply our many programs helping new players, supporting party games, and general wellfare. We will be pushing the entire time to get people to donate to the fund, and it will serve as a great retention tool.



AMP Writers’ Guild

I will be bringing back the writers guild. It died before due to neglect, but now that it will have a dedicated leader to it, we should be able to keep the guild up permanently. I hope to get the guild to create a media blitz that will get our party back on the right track and growing again 🙂



AMP Radio

AMPR will be the go to place for our radio show! We will be using the program to inform and to entertain any members that wish to listen to us! This program is pretty open ended; whoever runs AMPR can do whatever they want on the show: giveaways, interviews, and games are all on the table here!



Battle Buddies

When I first founded the party, we ran a program called battle buddies. That was a program that rewarded party members for inviting their friends to join us, and it is one of the ways we grew 500+ members so quickly! I hope to fund this program with our charity drive, and I really look forward to seeing all of the new faces 🙂



While this is not all I want to change, these are a bunch of major reforms I wish to implement! If anyone in the party has an idea for a program, please contact me!!! I’m a great listener, and I would love to see how creative the party can be 🙂

The programs can be geared towards recruitment, retention, communication, anything! Just let me know!
