[1984] Entry for the citizen reporting banners contest

I just saw a nice little contest published by fingerguns, so I decided to fire up my GIMP and make a simple animation.

Well, I'm no expert, but I tried to make it look interesting and appealing. I hope you like it and also I hope the rest of the contenders are much worse n00bs in making animations/banners so that I get the prize 🙂
