What can I do for you as UP party president

Im placing my name on the ballots for Party President of UP
We have had some excellent PP's recently and each time things are taken up a notch! hats off to them! That said this wont be my first term as UP PP and among other things I believe I can help stabilise our party after losing the CP elections. To do that we will need our active members to rally and start a campaign of promoting our party and our spirit. each of us has strengths and weaknesses and I hope I know each of you well enough to employ those skills in my drive to build the party.

UP currently has the majority of members but I don't take that for granted and as seen in the last CP elections having the majority isn't a ticket to eTuinhuis.
I believe we have a role to play in eSA's management and I will promote a healthy congress representation to keep us there.
lastly,although I wont be running for Country President I obviously want the next one to come from UP.

I agree with Leon. We're doing fine. CP losses shouldn't be taking so seriously, apart from SM333ZA the rest of the party was chill about it. It's a growing experience for a party like ours. It's always so funny how these people just pop up and criticize you however they want. They're suddenly the savior and everyone should vote for them.

@ wil - big words from the one always jumping the gun to glory and demanding credit for half arsed efforts before quitting in a tantrum!

@ LE Hubbard - play the game a bit longer or should I say play a bit more before squawking on other peoples efforts. Feel free to put your name on a ballot paper and do something pro active for the party.
we lost after having the majority and the supposed support of the 2nd biggest party. I dont think anyone ever failed that big before!

Let me address a few issues here, because we need a "Whole" UP in order for this country to function properly.

Firstly, losing CP elections repeatedly can take the fire out of your sails as a party as well as demoralize certain members. I do agree with Sm333za on this. I've been left out of of the Party Chambers since leaving UP, so I can not address the situation as to Will running without support however...

I do remember when Mulderpf called out eSA for not opposing Steven Bosch for 2(?) consecutive CP runs. And we got all fired up and always ran a CP candidate from then on. Knowing Will, before he ran, he offered the candidacy to me and I declined, firstly because I didn't think I would have the support needed, secondly because I'm not experienced enough and need some more work at it.

I mis-spoke when I said "revolutionize." The party has been "Revolutionized" over the past couple months and it is much different than where we started. We started out trying to help new players, or bridge the gap between 2-clickers and active citizens and as we grew in numbers our missions became to compete with IA. We finally did that, and on top of that we have more than we EVER have.

A Platform, Respected Authorities within the community and some grit.

SM333ZA was one of the people who grew excitement within the party in past lulls something that Rusrty Kuntz and I had trouble following and keeping up with. We did our best, but SM333ZA made the activity "in the game" as well as the forums, and made 2-clickers feel like they were a part of something. I think Will should remember that as well, since you helped mentor him with Kommando.

This shouldn't be a petty argument within the party, (Though it's pretty cool that there are enough active UP members to now HAVE petty arguments) All of you need to put your dicks away, quit measuring them against one-another and realize that there are at least 2 prominent UP members looking to help the party. Save the slander, name-calling and dick measuring for next time you are up against another party.

UP has stigmatized itself so much through Claudio and SM333ZA and all the others who abandoned us that we're never able to rally another party. We pissed people off and that's why we can't get a party to support one of our candidates.

SM333ZA you abandoned UP just like me, don't lie. If anyone deserves a medal it's Alfredo. He kept the party in good shape.
