Unite and Band Together

Day 1,779, 10:07 Published in USA USA by Azazel Romanov

First, an update for the future. I have been drafted to become a contributing writer on the WHPR to write on various topics. What does this mean for this paper? Other than a decrease in new articles due to new assignments (currently working on two for the WHPR), the content of this paper will continue to be my opinions and updates on new political and social developments. In that same thread, I would like all of you to keep track of the WHPR paper, not only to read my new stories, but also to be aware of the official goings on of the current government.

New Business

It appears we have a unity candidate decided. Henry Arundel, also known as Pfeiffer, has been selected by a majority of the parties, and will now become the official establishment candidate. This also means his Vice President, fingerguns, is now the official VP candidate. It does appear that this process was not without some conflict and controversy, but that is not the most important issue here. What was important was that the country top parties decided on one candidate to put forward, and that appears to be the case. It isn't the most democratic method, but it is the most secure.

I know that some of you will start quoting Ben Franklin against me, but you have to realize that this is also a game, and you have to commit strategy to win the game. I had said on previous occasions that I would support an American candidate above all other qualifications, and I stand by that. Henry Arundel is my president, and fingerguns is my vice president. If you want our treasury intact, our alliance to be successful, and our country to commit to progress, I suggest you start viewing the same even if you don't like the idea of it.

A word on CTRL

Opinions aside, this is a very well made graphic.

I figured it was about time I waded into international politics that affect our country's course of action. As you may or may not know, we recently became the founding member of an entirely new alliance. The main countries involved in this alliance are the USA, Poland, Spain, and Brazil. This new alliance is not without contention either, as several US citizens have expressed their discontent, disbelief, or opposition to this new step.

In my view, we must give everything a shot at first. In the vein of previous articles by our (hopefully) future VP fingerguns, you are either friend or foe, and you must prove yourself. While I'm not as deterministic as that, I do believe the values of trust and cooperation. Over the next month or so, we will see how this alliance plays out, and whether or not it is the right course for the USA. I continue to hold optimism and faith in the actions of our executives, so for now I support what the alliance stands for.

Again, look forward to hearing from me in upcoming editions of the WHPR,
