Thee Dude for CP - The Interview !

Hello everyone, I must say im really happy to share this interview i made a wonderful interview with Rough Riders party candidate - Thee Dude, he have the highest chance to win and also have the most experience to manage.




What we know about him?

Level 507, 5 time CP of eUS, returned during spring 2020 after a 9 year absence, took over the daily food giveaway and served in congress, steadily working in government for about two years now.
Thee Dude isn't expert with economy, he want to continue with eUS current diplomatic stance - to remain staunchly committed to Asteria and our other friends and allies, support having lots of TWs and keep the line of war with CODE, a favor of our current immigration system believe at the potential of new citizens to protecting eUS from possible PTOs.


1. Hello to the candidate for CP - Thee Dude, thank you so much for agree to make this interview with me, but before we start would you agree to introduce yourself first for those who don't know you?

Hello, I'm just a humble government servant, who has had the privilege of serving his country for several years now.


2. You were CP of eUS for 5 terms, what are you try to achieve or change in your next term and why it didn't happend in the past?

This past month I worked on putting together a dedicated team of players to help watch our TWs. We have so many TWs that it's difficult for just a couple people to do. I was able to enlist the help of several players and we are well on our way to filling out the team. So that's a win.
I have a few ideas simmering to help deal with player activity, as that's a big issue.
So we do want to at least try to address it.
It's hasn't happened in the recent past much because there's so many more things to eat up people's time. And many more reasons ofc.


3. What have you done so far that you can consider as your biggest thing you did during your terms?

TD Honesty, I think my biggest contribution has been my dependability and activity. I'm about serving the country, not personal achievements.


4. Why have you decide to run again for CP? It's alot of work and need to be online most of the day and to deal with so many things, while you also need manage your real life, you could stay and let someone else take the lead

To serve the country.
Yes there is a big time demand on a CP, but personally I like it. In RL I manage a restaurant, so having to multi task is normal for me. Managing people as well as pushing the buttons.
Other people have been leading, I felt it was my time to help carry the load.

5. Your not just an experience CP but also you were for long time Minister Of Defence, can you tell us about any operation you have done?

As members of Asteria, all our major operations are done in coordination with our allies. Other people handle that, as MoD and CP I helped organize, plan, and execute operations that take place within our cores.


6. eUS population today have only 1,078 active citizens(according to the country page) do you encouraging immigration?

I'm in favor of our current immigration system. Having potential new citizens vetted is protecting us from possible PTOs.
And while I do feel the chances of a successful PTO is small, it's not zero.
However, I would like to see a program/system that allowed for rapid cs approval.
In case of certain battles, and to make use of boosters like the ones in this Halloween event. Maybe a list of pre approved players that can quickly be given cs.


7. Do you remember the first time you ran for CP? Tell us if you did won and about your campaign and how is it change from today

I do, and i did. I basically had the support of all the top parties. It was a nice moment of unity. My campaign was the standard multiple article affair. Not really fun for me, as I'm not a good writer. Today I'm much more matter of fact. Cut to the chase and let's get on with it.




8. There is a war with CODE(years of war) what is your line about it?

Having lots of TWs is great, but nothing gets the juices flowing like real war. So our on going battles with CODE is a good thing. This game would be really boring without real wars.


9. Tell us 1 thing you love the most at eRepublik

The people. Best reason to login every morning. Without the community, there wouldn't be a game. It's what hooked me the first time, and what brought me back.


10. If you could change or add ANYTHING to this game tell us 1 things you were pick to change/add and why?

I like the idea of ground divisions based on strength instead of level. Stormins recent article had many good ideas in it.
