The Whisper

Day 4,657, 06:50 Published in Pakistan Japan by Fyreous

I was engulfed in nothingness. Nobody, nothing around me, just darkness and silence. I did not know how much time has passed and how I got there. I only knew I have been for a long time.

At one point I heard a faint whisper that has never been there before as if somebody was trying to reach out to me.

Yes, I was certain, the whisper sounded like they are calling my name. I tried to answer, but as soon as I did, the darkness suddenly faded away and I found myself in a place where a golden desert covered anything I could see. I was sure that I been before and I felt a warmth that I didn't know I missed.

Wandering the desert aimlessly for days, maybe weeks, I saw what I believed to be structures and buildings on the horizon - gigantic in scale. Feeling encouraged that I might had found other people invigorated me. I hastened my steps, approaching the structures and buildings, golden sand flowing through my bare toes. But, as I came closer I noticed that the buildings were just ruins - ruins of an era of glory and greatness. Now, they are just remnants, making those that see them, wonder what has been and is now lost in time.

I waited, I waited and I waited for someone to walk by, but nobody did. Feeling alone I started walking again and explored the ruins.

I saw torn posters, torn flags once colored in the most beautiful green and white and I knew I have seen these before. But could it be? Could it be that I once lived before, lived in THIS place? I wondered if it was even possible.

Suddenly I heard the whisper again and tried to find its origin. Running towards what I believed was the correct direction, and then ... I saw it...

A golden statue - a statue of a most likely holy man. The statue was seemingly untouched by the ravages of time and looking weirdly alive. The statue was raising its hand and head to the sky as if it was shouting something.

Then it hit me .... I remembered.

I remembered.

I REMEMBER!

I want ZA WARUDO to hear me once more and shout:

PRIDE! POWER! PAKISTAN!
PRIDE! POWER! PAKISTAN!
PRIDE! POWER! PAKISTAN!

GLORY TO THE HOLY EMPIRE OF PAKISTAN!
