The Dictator vs The Patriot

Fellow citizens,
Yesterday, things went South. The Dictator has decided to create a court to prosecute a patriot. He does not have the power to even do this but since when this has stopped him.
The dictator is likely to appoint loyalists to this sham court. Let it be known Tef1 will not recognize the power such court has and any and all of its decision wont be constitutional as such Tef1 wont follow it.
The dictator may pretend and provide Tef1 with a lawyer to defend himself. As the last court that was so bad even Rican had to provide a formal apology, this court will be a flawed. The lawyer will be biased against Tef1. The same for the prosecuition. Heck, the accuser is the appointer of the court. In which fantasy democracy is this legal?
As we learned in the last sham court, there is no practical consequence for any misgivings though there is none in this case or the previous one.
No one can be prevented from Congress if he is duly elected. No loyal patriot can be forced to leave. He can refuse anyway and Tef1 will. Most importantly, there is no crime. Defending a nation against enemies of the state should be encouraged not discouraged.
We are in big trouble. As such we should be united and not fight a losing figh for the sake of ego.

End the drama - It will only harm the nation and no one else. Learn from the past.
The very fact that the so called Dictator has decided to create a Court proved that he is no dictator at all, even if his loyalists are appointed to sham the court.
If he was a true dictator, he would take the decision on his own without consulting anybody. A court is the best example of democracy.
He has not come out as a dictator. He only does dictatorial things. As such he has to pretend not to seem like one. Anyways, his court will be biased and sham. This is no democracy.
