In the last article of the Ministry of Immigration, in the current cabinet,
we would like to post a summary of what we achieved and what still needs to be done

What did we do:
* Starting a new newspaper for the Ministry of Immigration at the new official government
organization "Israeli Aid For Immigrants" (under contract)
* Organization of all citizenship requests was done in the forum , where the background for each requests is checked and the recommended requests are posted in a separated list
* Creating a " New Player Help " section in the forum where guides for eIsrael were posted in Hebrew and in English. In that section new players can ask questions and receive help from all citizens
* Writing a new bilingual "New Citizen Message" so for the first time the welcoming message for new citizens will be in Hebrew as well
* Beginning a new help program for new players, where new citizens with wellness under 40 received gifts and moving tickets to allow them to take part in the battle with eTurkey and heal in our hospital in Jerusalem
(so far we offered help to 15 citizens)

Plans for the future MoI:
* Most important is get more ways for inviting new players
* Finish contract ensuring that the national bank will receive gold by inviting new citizens in future
* Get a budget from the MoF to keep helping new players, without being depended only on donations
* Make sure that new citizens are not employed by high quality companies which causes them to quickly loose their wellness until they die
* Start a mentoring program where experienced players will assist new citizens

במאמר האחרון של המשרד לקליטת עלייה, בקבינט הנוכחי,
היינו רוצים לפרסם סיכום של מה שהצלחנו להשיג ומה שעוד נותר לעשות

מה עשינו:
* פתיחת עיתון רשמי של המשרד לקליטת עלייה תחת הארגון הממשלתי החדש (המוגן תחת חוזה
"Israeli Aid For Immigrants"
ארגון של כל בקשות האזרחות נעשה בפורום הרשמי, שם הרקע לכל בקשה נבדק *
וכל הבקשות המומלצות מתפרסמות ברשימה נפרדת עבור חברי הכנסת
Citizenship requests
יצירת אשכול של "עזרה לשחקנים חדשים" בפורום הרשמי שם התפרסמו מדריכים לישראל בעברית ובאנגלית. *
באזור זה שחקנים חדשים יוכלו לשאול שאלות ולקבל עזרה מכל האזרחים
"New Player Help"
הודעה דו-לשונית חדשה עבור אזרחים חדשים נכתבה כך שבפעם הראשונה *
הודעת הפתיחה לשחקנים חדים תהיה גם בעברית עם לינקים למדריכים בעברית
New Citizen Message
התחלת תוכנית עזרה לשחקנים חדשים, כך שאזרחים חדשים עם בריאות מתחת ל40 קיבלו מתנות *
וכרטיסי נסיעה על מנת לאפשר להם לקחת חלק בקרבות עם טורקיה ולהירפא בבית החולים שלנו בירושלים
(עד כה המשרד לקליטת עלייה עזר ל15 אזרחים)

תוכניות לעתיד עבור המשרד לקליטת עלייה:
* הכי חשוב זה למצוא דרכים חדשות להזמין שחקנים חדשים
* לסיים את החוזה המבטיח העברה של שהב לבנק הרשמי של ישראל על ידי הזמנה של שחקנים חדשים
Contract
* להשיג תקציב קבוע ממשרד האוצר על מנת להמשיך לעזור לשחקנים חדשים, ולא להיות תלויים רק בתרומות
*לדאוג לכך שאזרחים חדשים לא מועסקים על ידי חברות מאיכות גבוהה כך שהם מאבדים את הבריאות במהירות עד שהשחקן שלהם מת בסופו של דבר
* להתחיל תוכנית חונכות שבה שחקנים מנוסים יעזרו לאזרחים חדשים
