The Interview

First Question:

Tell us a bit about yourself. What's your Erepublik journey been like, and what motivates you to continue playing? What aspects of the game do you find most enjoyable and captivating?

I've started playing eRepublik in 2010 when a friend of mine showed me the game, I really enjoyed having a version of myself playing in the New World - something you dream of, but cannot do it in real life. At the beginning everything I had was invested into companies, gold exchange until I realized it is more fun to approach the Military module.

Second Question:

Can you share a piece of advice or an experience where a government scheme or program significantly contributed to your military development and success in Erepublik?

Since my early stages in the Military module, being part of a top UM in eRomania - we were rewarded with Q7 weapons for our military achievements hence I've started following this career. Once I moved into eUK and realized there are similar projects on going; I was very excited and this kept me going as I had resources made available for my personal goal only if I continue fighting. (win-win)

Third Question:

What's the most unforgettable campaign or battle you've participated in during your time in Erepublik?

An important battle in my view is a battle were people are getting along and fight for the same goal, were players feel like their damage on the battlefield (small or big) can change the outcome of the campaign. The last memorable battle for me was the London air strike from eArgentina.

Fourth Question:

What are your current objectives and ambitions in Erepublik? Are there any specific goals or milestones you're striving to achieve, and how could the government or community help?

For me, setting personal goals in the game is a MUST. Without you cannot see any growth and you will start losing interest in the game - my personal goals were military objectives as: getting a higher military rank or aircraft rank, being the 1st in my UM for ground/air damage, etc. Setting up goals got me involved in different aspects of the game, from self-sustainability to getting involved in the Political module.

Fifth Question:

Are there any fellow players or accounts within the Erepublik community whom you admire or respect for their achievements or contributions? What qualities or actions do you find commendable in them?

There are plenty of people to admire in the game and each individual has a certain set of skills, mindset or personality that I think can influence the gamestyle you are choosing - good or bad, it is up to each individual to decide. At the end of the game, each player has a strategy and if they play it right .. they have my respect.

Closing Question:

Finally, do you have any words of wisdom or motivation for aspiring fighters and pilots in Erepublik, something that could inspire them to achieve success?

Play the game at your own pace, gather information from different sources and decide which one is the best option for your style. Set up as many goals as you can, big or small and try to achieve them one by one - don't bring yourself down when something is not going to your liking, be patient, you will succeed.

My deepest thanks to max7upp for contributing to this series of interview and providing some great answers and my respect and appreciation for what he has achieved in the Skies and Frontlines of eUK.

This is the 4th (and maybe final) interview of the series. Thank you for taking the time to read this interview.

I may still get some other pilots / tanks to reply to the series questions so keep an eye out for another interview or a different series of interviews
