Semi finals in New Zealand

The quarter-finals in rugby were a source for surprises.

24 years after

Wales goes to the semi-finals after a 24 year waiting period. They won against Ireland with 10-22. Ireland was maybe too sure of victory against the Welshmen.

France wakes up

The surprise of the weekend was the win of the French with 19-12 against England. France had no more credit in their home country since the loss against Tonga. England was astonished by the fighting spirit of the French.
The 16-0 lead half time broke the English mentally.

Former world champions out

A game you could miss. Lots of faults and the win had to be conquered after a penalty. South-Africa out against Australia with 11-9, and that's the most interesting of the game.

New Zealand keeps form

Argentina had had their part of fun this year. New Zealand won with a brilliant 33-10. No worries so far for the Kiwi's, maybe next week in the semi-finals.

Blood, devastation, war and horror

So Wales has to play France, a game that now can go to each side. Will France maintain it's new form, than it will be very hard for Wales to get in the final. But at least they are the part of Britain that made it the furthest.

We can expect a war, a massacre, a bloodbath in the second semi-final. Australia-New Zealand. Kangaroos vs. Kiwi's. The one who will win here will certainly be praised in their country.
