PTO threat in December PP elections

Hey all,
For those who are unaware we've been having issues with PTO attempts let by Szenti ( http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1082682 ) who we believe wants the CP medal (since it's the hardest for him to get right now to get the full set) and/or the money in our organizations. Over the past couple months he's had PTO attempts in PP elections, CP elections (most notably the most recent one) and in congress elections.
In general we have been able to keep them back with the help of ATO efforts and, perhaps importantly, with the help of admin banning at least enough multis so that they fail. However Admin has not been the help they SHOULD be, they have just done enough to push it back each time (except the first PP elections where multiple parties did in fact get PTOd and we had to push them out of the top 5) but they WILL NOT BAN THE PERPETRATOR. The evidence is clear that he is responsible for them and the admins themselves have made it clear it was done by multis. He will not stop until his main account is banned.
Now it's time for the next chapter. There are currently 2 active Australian parties that appear to be under a clear PTO threat. Both accounts are currently losing but are very close and historically we have had last minute surges. If you have a vote free it would be great if you could hold onto it until the last couple minutes of the day so that we can try to overcome any big surge.
ANP
In ANP there are only 2 candidates, DoctorDryMoist and Paragovo

Paragovo is an unknown user who has suddenly gotten lots of votes and at times been ahead. He is expected to be a PTO and multi account given the pattern of limited activity, strength and no communication.
ACP
In the ACP there are multiple candidates but the top ones are Callumh123 and Rory B.700. Rory B.700 is another unknown user with limited strength strength, activity and communication.
I'm not asking anyone to do something they don't want to but if you want to help and are willing to move to do the vote let me know. If you don't you can also help put in tickets to the admins to complain about the constant PTO issues that we've had recently so that they can, possibly, finally ban the one(s) actually responsible and not just the multis. I'll be keeping an eye out for the next hour and will alert people if they need to do it at the last minute before day change. Admins dont give a sh1t. If Szenti is paying Gold and they dont have solid proof (ie. ingame messages by him talking about PTOing with his buddies) then they wont ban him.
This game is a game to us. But a business to the admins. Banning him means losing money.
And face it. Most of the people that pay real money to play this game might say they'll stop paying etc.. blah blah.. But they wont.
I for one dont pay real money. It's just a stupid game. If we get PTO'd i will stop playing.

Thanks for the info Draim. But the government is too busy believing that diplomacy is the only option to really care about this.
If real eAussies win the election, can't the party leaders kick the PTOers and those who voted for them? Or do they keep them around as a shameless ploy for numbers?
Vyrin, this is not possible.
Party leaders can't "kick" members. You actually CANNOT do it, even if you want to.
If it was that simple then political take overs would be a wholly different beast to what they are now.

so if you let someone in a party - you're stuck, the party leadership can never remove them... hmm. If that's true it's another brilliant aspect of this game.
Works both ways. That kind of mechanism could be misused to keep the same people in control of the party over and over, as they could simply remove people who dissent with them.
I know what you'll say next, people could just create a new party. But that costs gold to do.
Bit of a double edged sword, but there you go.
