So Plato proceeded to send congress (and other officials) a mail this morning about the new TAX! TAX...?!

Here;
"Dear Congressman, I have some important news for you.
Starting with day 2,089 of the New World, you will have to decide about a new tax that will apply both for the citizens that work as managers and as employees.

There are two main reasons for this change:
- provide countries with a supplementary source of funding
- give you, as an official of your country, a new tool that can help you make a step towards improving the economy.

To clarify what Wayne said, the tax rate will be set to 1% for now. This will at least give us a chance to see what effect it has.
