Here we go. I'm Sucko, proud mayor of Nelspruit, member of PA, and minister of health. I play this game 6 months, and I have big experience. So my job as minister of health is simple, bigger wellness of our eSouth Afircan citizens. Why? Because, we need bigger productivity, bigger productivity comes with bigger wellness. How we are going to improve situation with wellness? Simple, we will send gifts. Who will send gifts? Gifts will send mayors. Every mayor will check situation with wellness every day if is possible. I'm mayor of Nelspruit, so I will take care about wellness in my city, as I already did that already 15 days. So, we will buy gifts. We have 2 gift companies, which will put lower prices, for us mayors. (2 companies from PA party) So we can buy more gifts.

I will contact them, and I will have to contact manager of NATIONAL bank, so he can give us money for sending gifts. Formula is next: 1 citizen=3 ZAR, so if Nelspruit has 65 citizens, I will get 195 ZAR for gifts (that is not too much if you think that is a lot, I got in UK as mayor 180 GBP) (1GBP= 2 ZAR) ...I will calculate it for every city, and manager of national bank will give money to us mayors. We will use that money, until next local elections. (for 15 days). I hope that every mayor will be active, I will check their activity once a week. If they won't be active, we shouldn't let them to be mayors again!

quality of gifts is not important. It is the same q1 or q2. q2 gives double more wellness, but it is double more expensive, so it is the same.
