Today I am writing to you about something to make our society a little bit better and therefore present my – present our proposal.
Minimum Wage Raise 2023
Problem definition:
The average wage in Sweden is just under 3,270 kr. If we look at the labor market, it becomes clear that its average is around 4000 kr and upwards.
On the one hand, the low wages are the result that many workers have taken up an “old” job and have therefore simply not been adjusted.
It is also known that "multi-accounts" are often used to promote the economic benefit of the owner.
It is also the bitter reality that beginners or inexperienced players are cheated here. It often happens that inexperienced players receive a reduced salary so that they can "work" more often.
This does not reflect the current situation.
Therefore, we request the adjustment of the minimum wage to 1.000 kr.(max adjustment of erep)
Reasons:
I. Abolish exploitation
The cost of living has risen massively in erep Sweden. Adjusting to a higher salary level leads disadvantaged workers to adjust to a tolerable level again
The labor market is not burdened by this, there is full employment in the erepublik.
II. Combat multi-accounts
The use and thus the exploitation of multi-accounts is actively combated. Due to the lack of dumping wages, these accounts are no longer used to remedy the economic advantage of individuals.
At the same time, the system's control mechanisms make money movements more visible.
III. increase tax revenue
More taxes due to higher wages. More taxes - even if their use is questionable so far - more income for our society.
To sum up, with this small adjustment we improve a small piece of eSweden. We have to take small steps to move forward. Small steps to the success of a better society.
It is now time to shape this society for a better one. Let's start with that together.

You should have written the article first and have a polite discussion later.
Then 1-2 days afterwards summurize where you agree to not agree and then propose the new law.
Now you did what you accuse the governemt to do, start votes before haveing had a proper discussion.
This, just like the vote regarding trading embargo are not anything that needs to be rushed. Its not a counter-declaration of war which must be on the second.

A man of principles.
Should not the same rules apply for Turnbeutel as the government? This is a great suggestion and its now up to the democratic procedure to vote yes or no.
If you take power you will point at the previous government and say that they did this, so it is only unfair if we can't do the same. Totally ignoring the fact you have been critiziing them for weeks and gained support for the critisism.
I voted no on the embargoe proposal and I vote no on this one, for the same stated reasons to both.

As I mentioned before, I asked for an explanation. We still don't have. Ah yes I see this "someone said so" thing. But still reserved any answer who is this someone.
You voted no, because you don't want to vote the proposal for yes. So based on the article you're against it. Not because you don't like Procedere. You've read the article, you liked it but it's your personal resentment to vote no. This means that either you're very bitter or you get orders to do so.

When you look at my comments you'll see that I accused the goverment that they won't explain. Which they still refuse. I didn't propose a law without explaining it. And I used the link for debate arena. Two things what the gov didn't made.

There's no point. Unlike in real life, if you dislike your salary it's really easy to get a new job. This would also remove the possibility of getting paid in goods instead of money
Props on taking initiative, though!
Why receiving goods instead of money ? When the kr you can buy gold for new chocolate bars. Almost everyone produce his own food and weapon, and if needed you buy weapons and houses. So why only receding goods to survive ? Is that not slavery ? Money means democracy, because you can decide what you want to buy. Receiving only goods is communism, because someone else decide what you receive. At least with that minimum wage you could do everything what you want in and constellation.
Good initiative. I haven't made my mind up yet about the tax in question though.

If the average is over 3k cc, why would you suggest a minimum wage of 1k cc? Should we lower the salaries?
As he write, the current offers on the market is 4000. With average being 3200, that would suggest some are paid way below the 4000 (current level). Ideally you could set it higher than 1000, but mechanics....
Setting it at 1000 might only radise it to 3500 (just a guess, no basis) but that it still a step in the right direction.

Because of the game play, it's a Frist step and as I said, we need to begin at one point. That's how a society work, we begin, we discuss, we repeat, we're making compromise. It's a long way, but at least it's the first article where no one started insulting so far. So we're getting forward.

My personal salary these last few years were based on the salaries of ALL THE E-COUNTRIES.
I write down every few days the TOP SALARY OF EACH COUNTRY.
I LOOK AT WHAT COUNTRIES HAVE LOWER (high salaries)
I write down these 10 to 15 LOWEST (high) SALARIES and divide them to see the average.
Sometime i remove the extreme lowest high salary of a country.
Then I inform my boss to give me the low salary.
I do this to that SALARIES do not sky rocket and to give the chance for players to afford workers.
Very high salaries are not good. Very low salaries also are not good.
Normal salaries are good.
These are my reasonable salaries for the last few days according to the 10- 15 lowest HIGH salaries of countries.

I try to have a low salary from my boss because by giving too high salaries we do not give weak players a chance to enjoy ALL THE FEATURES IN THE GAME . One of these features is to have people working for you. I have stopped having workers for years because I could not afford to pay the extreme salaries that rich players in the game have to offer. Of course all this adds to the departure of weak and new players from e-Republic. They give up and leave the game.
