Hey Guys!

Today I'm starting a new series of articles. I am creating a new bi-weekly(twice a week) Lottery.
I hope to encourage activity & entertainment with the new Lottery.

The way this works is each 5 IEP Endorsed is = 1 ticket green endorse = 1 ticket, purple = 5 tickets.

I will use random.org to generate a number between ticket 1 and the highest ticket number here's an example.

In this example Mich3lAng3l0 owns tickets 1-5, Inept Punisher 6-10 and Lady Silver 11-15. I enter min of 1 max of 15, if output is 12 Lady Silver wins this articles prize!

Prize
All the prize money comes out of my pocket so Prizes will vary depending on the amount of entries the previous article + the amount of money I make via sales on the market.
This article's prize is 250cc

Winner will be announced on Sunday the 19th of June!
