Impeachment of Terry Benedict - Traitor of Swiss Democracy

As you all know, I have formally put in my resignation as Congressman of the Swiss parliament and from my long beloved, but now forever tarnished SDP. My final action as congressman was to file charges of Impeachment against the illegitimate President of eSwitzerland on the grounds of Conspiracy to Defraud Swiss Elections. The basis of these charges for election fraud charges lie on the manner in which Switzerland's illegitimate and rigged elections are carried out. Every party is essentially a different side of the same die - they all secretly and discretely claim their undying allegiance to the seat of of power in exchange for political and monetary favors. For example, could it be a mere coincidence that every party's most prominent member is automatically nominated and elected unanimously without contest, without dissent, and without any semblance of debate, campaign, political platform, or anything remotely resembling a Democratic Election? The obvious answer is no - there is no coincidence here. This is by design. They decide amongst themselves behind closed doors who will be nominated, and who will win - and they do so as a literal ongoing, forever unfailing rotation. It's like a Political Carousel, the whole government and whole election process is one giant circus. The results are rigged - there is no democracy - it is by definition, an Autocracy.
These charges are indisputable - the accused and disgraced illegitimate President Terry Benedict is guilty of the charge of Conspiracy to Defraud the elections of Switzerland. These charges will be dismissed and the impeachment will be struck down unanimously by the rest of the Swiss Parliament, because aside from a handful of stragglers who think for themselves, everyone else in the Swiss Parliament is on on these sham elections, and thus by proxy also guilty of the charge of election fraud. It is a giant conspiracy. A massive sham of a government that operates effectively like a dictatorship. Regardless of whoever the President is at the time, they are a literal puppet to the dictator that is Terry Benedict. I obtain inside information from Congressman who reluctantly go along with this criminal scheme who confirm without a reasonable doubt that these charges are true. They have been in on this process and understand the ins-and-outs of how this criminal dictatorship operates.
Switzerland is NOT a Democracy. The elections are 100% rigged, and a small ruling seat of power has absolute control over the government. The establishment that was the Swiss Government has failed. Democracy is dead and the government should be seen as illegitimate by foreign heads of state.
The reality of my long absence is that I was never in eJapan for long. I was quietly lurking, observing, and investigating the curious case that was the state of Swiss affairs. Upon my announced return, I put on an act, I played the game with everyone involved - I asked questions, interviewed those who dissented, and quietly and meticulously gathered the evidence I needed for this case, fully aware of what the end result would be. But it's up to good people - incorruptible people - who stand on principle to callout corruption where is grows like a blight. My case has been made, and now I must leave this retched place for good. This sad place that I once called home - this once thriving Democracy - it's all gone. Long Live Switzerland! Curious, in what way is it criminal? would need to violate a constitution or some other meta-artifact, as there's nothing in the game that precludes meta-action determining elections. For example, primaries serve that purpose.
I understand your real argument is that it's bad, which idk I'm not in eSwitzerland, and is a fine reason to impeach. Just not sure what criminal, illegitimate, or fraud means here

In the roleplaying sense, they're all different buzzwords for the same thing. The mere fact that Switzerland used to be a fully functional democracy but now looks nothing like what it used to be shows that changes were made over time to dissect and deconstruct the political process to be something that's handled by a handful of elite citizens behind closed doors, and not by dissenting and competing candidates that had previously run their platforms, debated issues, and tried to sway actual like-minded voters into voting for them, while a neutral and objective body oversaw the whole process, acting a mediator. That's all gone. That system was effectively thrown away and replaced by something more akin to real-life North Korea's government, or whatever is going on in Russia for a more exact comparison.
The basis of my Impeachment is holding today's Swiss government to the standard's of yesterday's government. They erased and changed the Constitution to benefit them, and use it as a tool to keep themselves in power - I.E. their pretend citizenship committee that only approves of citizens who they feel will be loyal to them, versus any other still legitimate opposition party. Anybody with ties to people they don't like, who aren't exclusively loyal colleagues or allies of theirs, are automatically rejected on the basis of "National Security".
The other half of it is the fact that any and all dissent to the status quo is treated with extreme hostility, not just in-game from a roleplaying stance, but the actual person hiding behind the Terry Benedict alias literally attacks your real-life integrity, calling you a petty troll and bad human being for simply not showing your undying loyalty to him... On a video game. Peak incel type energy.
In any real world scenario - election rigging is a crime, and conspiracy to do so is also a crime - so in the role-playing sense, they are guilty of all such crimes, if even by merely just ceremonial grounds.

when the elections outcome, nominee and list of upcoming CP's in a e-nation are predetermined and agreed upon by all the top 5 parties in a country, its a rigged process.
when the PP of the #1 party in e-switzerland keeps adding people from a particular e-country and he's deciding who gets in and who doesnt (based not on merit, but on personal relations, interest and servitude), you have a lack of democracy, or an autocracy in this case.
e-switzerland used to have free elections, people announced their CP nominations openly and without fear, and people where free to criticise or to even disagree with the actions of the government.
when you cant do this anymore, you have what he described above : an authoritarian regime, thats basically a farce of a government.
To elaborate on this further, literally ANY dissent to what they're doing is met with hostility and penalty. They'll shut you out of everything and treat you like you fucked their girlfriend. You can't even role-play in a roleplaying game with these guys. Everything is personal, even when you're being disingenuous for the sake of role-play. They have no ability to differentiate these two things. They just attack your person, and go out of their way to shun you from all of their threads.

The result is irrelevant since the entirety of the government is involved with the conspiracy. It's like RL Russia sitting as the chair of the UN Security Counsel, vetoing and rejecting charges of war crimes brought up against them. They can reject and sink the notion, but the actual reality remains unchanged.
Also, breaking the 4th wall, all of your inabilities to grasp the concept of role-play is both hilarious and incredibly sad at the same time. The fact that playing the game and playing a character is seen by soyboy Mattias as an actual attack on his real-life character is apex predator levels of fragile. How this guy actually gets by in life will remain a mystery to be, because he can't even handle pretend criticism in a game, lmao. Like what? I don't get it. You're all so dull. i miss the old times, where heroes like mungos032 founded the SDP in order to repell invaders and other enemies and to protect e-switzerland in all ways...

I left pep a chance to correct his behavior and apologies monetary for his mistakes.
If he persists to ignore, I will have to take a next steps in order to bring democracy, freedom and emancipation to swiss people by running for a president and congress members.
