I have a dream...

First of all, I have to say that this what you will (I hope so) read here came to me after reading one article where our e😜resident Roby wrote about some (possibly) bad things that are happening to eRepublik as a game, and as I mostly agree with things he wrote, I thought about things that can be changed in order to make New World more interesting place. So, here we go:

War is the most important thing in eRepublik. Yes it is, don't fool yourself. And we need to change it. What I want is PLAYER VS PLAYER MODE
Now, how does it work and what should be changed?

1. There will be no wall anymore. Now you ask yourself why the f*ck we built those damn DSs. Later about that.
2. You can fight for defenders only from region that is under attack.
3. You can fight for attackers only in region that is attacking(it has to have border connection with attacked region)

These are the most important things. With those changes, we will need more tickets, and it won't be possible to fight for allies from home. So :

4. no MPP-s, only NAP-s( now we will see who the real friend are)

Now lets talk about fight mechanics. I think this could work:

Fighters stand in the line in order in which they joined fight. Defenders have first strike.
It looks like this:
Defender1 hits Attacker1. If A1 survives, then he hits D1. They exchange hits until one of them is dead. Let's say that defender won and he made last strike. Now A2 jumps in fight and he strikes first 'cause D1 had last strike with which he killed A1.

To win the region, we can make formula that will consider number of citizens living in attacked region BEFORE attack started.
So if there lived xxx citizens, attackers must have yy soldiers in line after time is up and there are no more defenders in line waiting to fight.

Now we are going to talk about DS, new companies and adding new feature to your citizen.
My idea is to divide strenght to attack and defence. So, if your S is 12, you will get 6 in attack and defence. How to train??? Simple...each day you will chose what you want to train, and you will recieve as nowdays 0.04 points.
In attacked region we have DS that will add bonus to each defending players defence depending of Q of DS. Attackers will need something else(name doesn't matter now) that will add bonus to their attack(except guns). So we will need construction similar to DS. And for defenders, we gonna need something to counter guns, let's name it shields as example😃.

Now the main question? How to fight player vs player? What gets in calculations?

When you die in fight you lose 60 wellness, so you need at least 60 wellness in order to enter fight.

Based on wellness, defence skill and Q of shield and their number in your inventory(max 5 of best Q gets calculated in formula) you get yourself life points. (defenders get extra points for DS)
Based on wellness, attack skill and Q of gun and their number(sam as for shields) you get yourself hit points. ( attackers get extra hit points for new construction for attacks)

When soldier losses his life points he dies in fight and loses 60 wellness. After that he can heal from hospital, and use gifts and wellness boxes to enter the fight again, but he needs to buy new weapons/shield because previous 5 are used.

This are some rough thoughts about P vs P and if you think just a little about things that it will bring to game you can see that it is not bad 😃
