This alongside a continued administration of the Christmas Air Programme, Air Cadet Programme, British Armed Forces Q7 Weapon Rewards Scheme and National Giveaways. With the Ministries of Defence, Foreign Affairs, Home Affairs and Finance all quietly and competently addresses the routine matters to the standards and with the accountability and transparency we've all become accustomed to.

All of the above enable our citizens to participate more actively in weekly challenges and events. Whilst having a bit of fun which remains the aim of the game \o/

Together, we continue to make the UK a fun and active community of players and I remain steadfast in preserving and enhancing our collective achievements



The term ahead

This will come as familiar reading for those with an insight into my past Governments as my focus on preserving what we do well and enhancing it remains the same.

Rank growth optimisation
I will look to continue to foster an active and engaged community to support player retention. As it remains one of the keys to a successful UK. By encouraging and maintaining an active player base, we can achieve our long-term strategic objectives.

In Erepublik, the success of any country hinges on the majority of its citizens optimising their Military Rank and Aircraft Rank while working in coordination and harmony. Given the game's development, this has become of utmost importance.

Our neutral and considerate strategy has served us well for a number of years. I’ll look to maintain and enhance this. We are a well-respected country and training war partner. There is a long list of countries who would very much like to visit the UK for a training war.

On Training wars, my Government will continue to manage and where possible grow (if viable) our training war stack. These will continue to be administered to the highest of standards required of our citizens and partners.

Over the past month, our training wars have undergone transformations. Notably, we've embarked on a journey to Ukraine to be hosted for a training war. Region swaps have been executed to reset determination however have closed two of our training wars, those with Lithuania and Netherlands. Mexico faced challenges leading to their departure from the UK, although concurrently, a new border Training War has been initiated with Portugal, stemming from our base in Ukraine. Additionally, plans are underway for another border Training War upon the completion of our region swap in Australia.

The provision of UK Epic training war exercises will continue when possible and it’s great fun to work with some of our most active citizens while communicating and coordinating with our partners to raise them. It's also satisfying to see UK players participating in the epics gaining those extra prestige points.

I will continue revisit our bounty schemes and epic training war exercising coordination to look for improvements and efficiencies.

Economic growth

Our tax revenue from our training war partners will continue to be returned. Our monetary market activity should continue to generate additional revenue beyond our taxable income. We should ensure our important regions for producers will remain free. Our "spare" resources will be part of concession agreements at this moment with Spain.

We have a comprehensive, long-term strategy aimed at enhancing productivity in Scotland by extending invitations to and hosting a nation offering a 200% weapons bonus to the region. My Government will maintain this strategy.

For a country of our size the UK is in an excellent financial health. We use our extra revenue to generate further funds from the monetary market. We can afford and run a array of player support schemes which promote rank growth, retain players and keep players engaged.

Our individual player based is largely self-sufficient and affluent, a new player joining the game with only a bit of time and effort can get into a stable and growing financial position.

Together we can preserve a strong robust, fair and beneficial economy



Our community

During the previous term, there was a noticeable rise in mutual respect among Congressional members, and certain individuals, including Congressional Speaker Citoyen Vigneron and others in Congress, demonstrated commendable efforts.

I myself have actively engaged with all members of our community and Congress to foster productive connections. Finding common ground, expressing appreciation, and understanding each other are fundamental.

A diversity of viewpoints should be a valued commodity as this reflects the diversity of playstyles we have in the UK.

I will continue to engaged positively with Congress and our community on all matters. I will listen to diverse opinions, thoughts, and views with an open mind and fairness. I will balance critical debate with reflective thought, allowing space for different perspectives to be heard.

We need to find common ground, show appreciate and understanding to one another so we may focus on what's important and endeavour to not widen divides.
