how active are citizens?

Ok rather than use web analytics software to look at what percentage of users come at least once per day and for how much time (if you don´t know check the latest admin daily), I was wondering how we could (as a citizen not the admin) know and define the percentage of active citizens in erepublik.

I mean the normal defenition of an active user in most sites or worlds such as second life is a user that has logged in at least once in the past month. But that doesn´t work for erepublik, if you don´t log in fot that amount of time not only you are clearly inactive, your citizen actually dies (unless you sent him on holidays).

So far I've come with 2 possible measures. One is all over the place an that is political participacion. Participacion at the last local election was 35% on average and 60% for the presidential elections.

Another is unemployment rate, the level of unemployment is on average 22% it varies a lot depending on the country but I feel this is could be a more accurate measure of citizen activity. After all if you want to eat you need to work. Also most company managers tend to fire emplyees who don´t come to work for more than 2 days in a row (Cicero, my manager has become so good at this that he mut be better than Donald Trump at saying "You´re fired!&quot😉. But that would mean that 78% of our citizens are active, from experience that sounds a little high, in particular in what is still a beta version that is a little dry in some aspects.

So what do you think is the real % of active citizens in erepublik?
