So they work without a booster, and then get sent 0.99g, with no obligation to use it on tomorrow's work?

Well, it's hard to make profit if you bear all the burden of 200% booster (0.99 G). Believe me, I already tried it, expects a profit of 2 times or more of normal, and it didn't work..
sure it depends on how the economic situation of the country involved, but still it would be hard to gain significant profit for this plan 2, unless you only want to increase the stock of goods, or it just simply money laundring..
50% booster (0.19G) more profitable, I guess..
