ERX bankruptcy and MBSB

Hi to all,

Unfortunately today we all heard the bad news regarding ERX .

So, as the CEO of MBSB that is/was a certified ERX Listed company and since ERX cant refund all the investors i really need to do something about it.

For MBSB as i have stated in the past, ERX was a way to automate our proccedures and especially the ones with issuing new shares, sending dividends to shareholders, keep a list of our shareholder,etc.
We werent expecting to make money out shares sales, but to find investors in order to create more money for all.

Of course without ERX it doesnt mean that MBSB gets bankrupt as well. We continue to make profit as we are now and we intent to continue doing that. Also we cant refund directly all our shareholders cause most of our capital is already invested in companies. Selling all of them now, it means huge loss.

What we would do though:

1. We will keep up with our business to make profit.
2. We publish our updated financial statements in MBSB's corporate website
3. We will request from ERX our list of shareholders, based on the last transaction before closing
4. We will pay dividends to shareholders by donating to them the gold
5. We will support and handle a manual trading of our share with a fee of 1% in every purchase or sell of share.
6. For the trading we will publish to all a spreadsheet that will contain all the buy/sell offers

Like that we hope to overcome this problematic situation and give an option to our shareholders to cash out in the near future.

With MBSB you dont lose. As simple as that.

We operate from day 652 (almost 500 days) starting with around 1000g capital and we will continue to operate and bring profit to our investors!

Keep investing in MBSB even without ERX.
